Absolutely the best Pepper Steak you can buy! Everything is pricey at every restaurant now . For $11 and change they give you enough for two meals! The lady that runs it is the nicest person! Love this place. I won’t go anywhere else. Awesome!

I blame myself for eating here. I normally pay attention to the reviews but this time I was rushing and I’m now upset with myself. I was charge almost $18 for 6 wings and rice and egg roll. No drink. The chicken taste bland no seasoning. The white sauce is just yum yum sauce from out the store. I sat on the phone ordering and asking questions for about 10 mins the little girls they have working there never told me that I had a option to pick shrimp rice but just assumed I wanted pork rice. The owner(I guess) came out when he heard me ask the girls about the shrimp rice and all he said was” next time ask” and never offered to change my rice or anything. I don’t eat pork. So they assumed I wanted pork egg roll and pork fried rice. Terrible customer service and Terrible food. Not sure why they are still open. I traveled across the city to get this disgusting food because the place near my house was closed. Everyone go and try Hibachi and Wings in 5 points. They have different flavored wings. My favorite is lemon pepper (the best I ever had). They have 10 piece $14.99 with rice and a drink. Well worth your money trust me. I recommend no one to ever go to this nasty place Chu’s Express needs to be closed or have new workers.

I’m shocked. I’ve been a few years ago and left five stars. Went back because the “Chus Express” on EastChester was closed. Bad idea. I assume the two have nothing to do with each other. The woman at the westchester location was so nice and you can grab your own sauce. But when I tell you that food was disgusting, I mean it! I’m not one to waste food but truly couldn’t eat more than a few bites and threw the rest out. The rice is clearly over cooked, the flavor or the rice and chicken were both so bad. And the egg roll was like those cheap ones you get in the frozen section. I’m in utter shock, whatever y’all served two years ago needs to come back. Id you’re reading this, just go to the EastChester one, their food is delicious!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, this is the most disgusting food I’ve ever had, this is my first and last time coming here . I also had chicken it was cooked in burnt grease, the rice was smushy, hard. THE WAIT TIME IS SO LONG !! IT DOES NOT TASTE LIKE CHINESE FOOD MORE LIKE INSTANT NOODLES AND LOADS OF SOY SAUCE.

I picked up food from ChusExpress today, and it was so good—super flavorful and well-seasoned! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. One woman in particular, wearing a purple sundress, really stood out. She was so kind and attentive, even recognizing regulars just by their voices on the phone. That kind of personal touch is rare. The food is delicious, the prices are great, and the service is top-tier. I think they’ve earned themselves a new regular. Highly recommend!

I ordered the Beef and broccoli, I have to say it was Awsome! The meal was perfect. I will definitely be returning for more of this exceptionally delicious food. I can’t remember when I had beef and broccoli that was this good.
