Very good by all means if you want good Venezuelan genuine Churros!
The position of this joint in the mall is strategic, although awkward when it comes to getting in line & waiting in these times of Covid.
Service is a hit or miss. Any business in Miami depends on employees with self initiative, and that is a very hard thing to find in this city.
Service is slow, but is due to the way they make each order which is good. The wait can seem to feel like watching syrup from Vermont during winter.
Even if is just once! It’s a must try.

Best churros in miami. I have been going to Churromania for years every time I get some I forget how delicious they are. The staff is super friendly and they make them fresh for you. I highly recommend this churro place when your in the mall.

It’s over priced! The girl which was the cashier failed to call my name o er the speaker and like my churros we’re half way cold!!! I got pissed I let her know that she didn’t call my name and I was sitting with my sister literally next to the speaker!! In the sitting area where the kids are playing!!! She lied to my face and said -yhat she did call me!! I was hungry but I second thought of getting my money back, for people like that!! Hope she remembers me by this review!!! My name is Maite!!! Today 09/20/20 at approximately 5 pm I made an order I bought an apple juice and churros.. while I was quietly drinking my juice just out of curiosity I looked at the expiration date and it was expired since 06/09/20. I kindly approached the cashier to tell her to check the juices since they had expired for 14 days I asked her about the manager and she said that she was not there then she told me to get another juice .. but I did not accept a position That possibly all are expired so I told her to give me my money back and she exclaimed “but you almost drank the whole bottle !!!” to which I said of course because I never imagined that they had expired juices .. their attitude was very rude and proud .. people like that should not deal with the public. I am very sorry about this because I loved churros but from today on I will never return to buy in that place

Almost $10 for some overpriced, room temperature churros. I’ve hated this company for a while. They took a traditional street snack, which was never meant to be expensive (it’s just fried dough and table sugar), and turned it gimmick to rip off the unsuspecting. No idea why they charge so much. Nothing special about them. It’s not like Churromania is on par with Madrid’s San Ginés or CDMX’s El Moro. They’re not even in the same galaxy. Every purchase goes more to paying off their rent and ambitions than the actual churro. It’s our fault. We’ve given in to their greed and supported them way too long without any real competition in the local market.

I bought the churro bites and paid extra for nutella. Then there was only nutella on the 3 top bites, and the rest 5-6 bites did not have any. I also got dolce lèche when i did not ask for it. This made me very disappointed and sad:(

We’ve been trying to get an invoice for an event that we were having, however have spoken to Michelle – (she said she’s a manager – not sure if that’s true) – from the International Mall Churromania and she is as arrogant as they come! We can not seem to get a written quote, we ask for a manager, but to no avail. She informed us that she would get the district manager to respond to the inquiry. In this day and age, that’s how business’ close. Lack of customer service, and arrogance! Your churros are great but your customer service is horrific! Not sure if I would refer Churromania to any other corporations or personal friends when doing events!

I love CHURROS. But what human beings dont seem, to understand is how the experience of a place wherever you go, wheather it’s just a cofee at a fast food restaurant or anything small or big in service . The customer service skills matter, BIG TIME that could ruin someone’s whole experience. I’m taking the time out of my day because i feel as if management or churro cooperation should be aware, how this location firstly has non speaking english staff, which is not a big deal. But the manager I forgot her name has a very nasty attitude, listen if your overworked hire more staff, if your having a bad day leave it at home , I went to this location ordered churros with caramel and choclate glaze on the side , she couldnt understand me and I kept telling her not on top on the side, the manager was there, and she kept giving me dirty looks as if what im asking for is out of this world. They wanted to charge me extra for these dips when it comes included in the churro itself i just did not want it on top of my churros. Horrible service , nasty attitude from the manager. I dont think she speaks english either. Won’t be returning , will take my money somewhere else.

Quite Expensive for what you get. When they asked “x, y or z” I assumed it came with the food but actually everything is an add on. So just beware. The food is ok. We had a sandwich and filled churros. Also an empanada. Not much seating on a busy day. Nice staff.
