This place has come down in quality as place is not as well kept and the chicken seems to have “warmer burns” as it could have been there for extended period of time. This is disappointing as this is my favorite chicken and I drove 30 miles for this. Oil fryer seems stale so taste and crispiness is not quite I expected.

Even though it’s attached to a gas station it is still good chicken. Generally fresh. You can’t beat their 3 piece deal. UPDATE: Now 2 piece deal. But still the cheapest chicken option on the menu, add fries still come out cheaper than the meal combo. She didn’t offer any sauce or ketchup for my fries so that sucked. So ask for sauce

The manager has instructed staff to alter, omit and ratify items and prices contrey to what is advertised. I went inside to order one of the specials advertised, however when asked for a side of my choice I was informed by the staff member I could only get fries, unless I chose a meal at regular price. When I began to ask questions as to why this is I was informed that management has instructed staff to omit any other side items unless the customer purchase a meal at regular price?! Hmm??
So I ordered a meal at regular at “regular price” and as displayed ro get the side of my choosing, only to be informed the meal order with that side is at a different price advertised. I thanked the staff memeber and walked out highly frustrated with this particular franchise.

The lady at the register is very rude and doesn’t like to listen . I asked for a 2 Texas two piece meals both legs I’d pay the extra , I said my kids only eat legs I’ll pay extra and she stated I’d have to buy the chicken the way it comes that is policy. So I didn’t buy anything. Whomever the guy is at Arco that work the register said she can not do and if I want him to talk to her because I can buy legs that way. I refuse and went about my day

This place is okay, if you like the tasty biscuits , you won’t find them here for some reason the folks running the place don’t honey the biscuits like most of us do. If you like jalapenos and order the Texas 2 piece order that comes with a jalapeno pepper. Make sure it’s in your bag. These folks must not like spicy because they will not put the jalapeno pepper in order that your entitled too.

Horrible service. The lady told me it would be extra for okra with my family meal. I said I was ok with that. Then she says order it online cause she couldn’t change my sides to okra from the register, so I did. Then she says she don’t have okra after I already ordered online.I said ok give me fries then. She says “the fries are cheaper I don’t want to waste your money “ I told her I know what I want and the price of it and it was fine…She gave me refund and She told me to come back tomorrow don’t waste my money on fries . I’m like what the hell who does that…I was really patient cause I wanted chicken and didn’t want them to do something to my food if I ordered. She really didn’t want to work or cook she kept telling my to get mashed potatoes or corn or Mac and cheese..I really wanted some church and okra but she turned me off. I’m So upset. How you tell a customer to come back tomorrow don’t waste your money smh…

I had just finished a long hard detail in the desert of Yucca Valley, CA, so on my way home as I hit civilization :), I decide I would “Treat” myself to Church’s Chicken for a job well done, small things make me happy, so happy I was at the anticipation of getting g the Chicken, I even started taking pictures as I arrived to share with my friends , well little did I know when I would pull up to the window for my order , the woman at the window treated me so rudley it was almost unsettling, so bad it was , I had to collect myself and say to her “”THATS NOT THE WAY YOU SHOUPD TREAT PEOPLE””, let alone your customer who had done nothing at all bit make an order. so I didn’t even take the order, I have a simple rule, #1 Don’t let people mistreat you a d #2 Never eat food from the hands if an angry or bitter spirited person and put that in your body , so I simply drive away, hungry and a bit hurt wondering what did I do to deserve such terrible treatment, was it my old decommissioned black and white patrol car or what it the black man inside ? either way I was over it until thus request for survey showed up, maybe it showed up for reason, that I should pray for them and truly let it go, I will, but immsure many of you can understand when someone mistreats us for no reason it can haunt a bit . (Trust me this was not just a mild attitude it was bad)

FIRST TIME HERE. HAVEN’T HAD CHURCH’S CHICKEN IN A LONG TIME. BUT WOW THEIR CHICKEN IS THE BEST. SO JUICEY INSIDE CRISPY OUTSIDE. SERVERS WERE VERY PLEASANT TO TALK TO , AND THEY SERVED US VERY WELL FOR TAKE OUT. ID DEFINITELY COME BACK AGAIN.
