I was at this location on 11/14/25 I asked for a 3 piece meal and I said I didn’t want a chicken leg. I was told that of I wanted a substitute I would have to pay extra. So I paid an extra .50 cent for a wing. Only to get home and find out I still had a chicken leg after paying extra. Service is very poor at this location.

I just left the churches chicken on Las Vegas Blvd., South. I just got off work. I spent $36. The service was horrible. I asked for 25 piece chicken nugget nuggets with hot sauce or buffalo sauce. My kids eat this every day they act as if they did not know what I was talking about they gave me five long tenders that was super spicy. My kids couldn’t even eat it. I asked for a three-piece meal with a breast. They charged me for the breast. The breast was super old very not fresh. They didn’t give me the extra leg. I asked for I am and now they have the nerve to not answer the phone and I didn’t get a receipt and the person that was cooking. The chicken is the person kept saying, can you do this? Can you do that telling the other employees because I need to take a break he needs to take a break. He gave me bad food didn’t give me all the food and no receipt. !!! Now they’re not answering their phone today is Friday, January 15. The time is 8:05 PM.

I want to give kudos to the crew that worked on the evening of NYE. They were amazing even though they were busy and swamped with orders , the wait was long but very understandable. They smiled and was still courteous through it all and they got my order correct . I applaud them !

Half of the food I ordered wasn’t hot at all. The chicken tenders would be a lot better if they weren’t left out. The honey biscut here is really good.

Love the chicken I got from here. I made my order through my phone and went to pick up my order. This location follows my orders I wanted. I ordered spicy chicken and found they updated their spicy flavor here. Nice kick on their chicken. I only go to this location on my weekends since I was in the area.

I bought 2 pieces of chicken mixes to take to my brother and sister in Lompoc and Santa Maria, CA. Since I had a 7 hour ride, I wrapped the chicken in layers of foil to keep it warm and placed back in thd boxes. When I arrived that evening it was still warm anf they loved it. They need Church’s on that area. Not just Popeyes. The definitely nee more restaurants in Lompoc, CA. You have Vandenberg, AFB, large prison complex lots of small businesses and there is only a KFC out there that is extremely expensive especially iv uoj ate trying to feed your family and they offer no coupons in the area. No restaurants like Subway is either because they have little to no competition. Let’s heal families not greedy businesses bring in more fast food so they can treat themselves or families to a decent meal after a long day if work
