Ceviche Don Daniel is a small business owned and operated by a man with a vision. As a young kid I would see my father’s dedication put into making his ceviche and was always fascinated watching him cut so perfectly. I learned what I know from him and grew my recipe off of his. I’m just a young man with a vision and a dream making L.A. the most authentic and flavorful ceviche there is. Support small business and try out the best ceviche in L.A.
