I got a 3 piece chicken from this location and its burned badly! Someone wasn’t watching the fryer. You could break a tooth with how hard it was. I just ate the mashed potatoes and threw the rest in the trash. It was like eating shoe leather. Not going back to this location for dinner. San mateo location at least cooks it right. Just wasted 15 dollars for flat soda and inedible chicken jerky.

So mad I’ve eaten here twice at this location and food is never fresh, biscuits were dry as hell barely any butter they put on them normally, corn was cold. The only good thing we ate were the blueberry cheese cake deserts because they were the only fresh things we got. Love church’s but this location sucks. Oh also I had ordered spicy and didn’t get any spicy tenders. Save your money go to a different location

The workers could really use more training. From dropping my money outside the drive thru, counting the incorrect change and forgetting 2 other the 5 items ordered and a 30 min wait to get home to find missing items. Not sure why this is acceptable, but I will not return to this location.

Got home sat down tried to eat the MOST dried up chicken! The teeny tiny wing was like jerky, the breast was so dry, almost choked! Wow good job to your employees! Wish I would have read reviews before I decided to go to Churches. Don’t waste your money folks at this location!

went through the drive thru and got a 5 tender combo wanted the fried okra for my side but the lady taking my order didnt know what i meant when i said i wanted okra..??? so she just opted to giving me mashed potatoes?? i got a medium combo but she gave me a large drink? i wasnt charged extra for anything so i guess it makes up for not getting okra?? i dont know this isnt my first review on a churches location but at least the food was fresh?? the only reason why i still eat at churches is because the okra is a saving grace but apparently i cant have that anymore i dont think ill be spending my money at this corporation anymore.

Ordered two big deal boxe combos, no second side no biscuit no jalapeños asked employee about said it doesn’t come with two sides a biscuit or jalapeños as displayed in the combo, but we got drinks, I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone..

I’ve tried this location 3 times. Each time they forget an item or give me the wrong item. Today I ordered buffalo wings with ranch, and Mac n Cheese. I just wanted to say thank you to the two young women that were working tonight October 23rd Thursday night they did everything possible to accommodate my order because I ordered online they did not have enough food for my order but we worked it all out and they went above and beyond and I believe both of them are pretty fairly new and you know what they did an excellent job so thank you guys I hope you enjoyed the flowers that was my way of saying thank you

I paid almost $20 for a chicken sandwich combo and a fiesta box. And service took a while too. We get home and our food was half filled. They gave us all the fries at the bottom so I couldn’t even eat half of the half serving I got as they were crunchy and brittle. The worker was getting frustrated with us just because we couldn’t understand him through the speaker as it was breaking up multiple times and we politely asked him to repeat himself. I feel like they were frustrated with us and decided to give poor service. Food is making my stomach upset too. Never going back. It always takes too long just for overpriced mediocrity.

Went through the drive through got a 3 piece spicy tenders combo and my wife got an 8 piece of the boneless wings also ordered some jalapeño poppers as well. We waited about 20 minutes watched someone else that was behind us get our order and then when we got our food my tenders were disgustingly greasy and weren’t fresh at all. So what wad I waiting 20 minutes for? Oh yeah and we never got our jalapeño poppers. Thanks for nothing.
