To night we decided to eat chicken with mashed potatoes and coleslaw salad, and we end up getting only mashed potatoes. They didn’t have any corn they didn’t give us the jalapeños we ordered and the coleslaw that they were supposed to give us was full of flower dough the chicken was not how we expected it to be and the service they gave us was so poor all the staff was very disrespectful and rude y’all need to do something about your staff .. wen we are paying for this food and for good service!!! If you don’t wanna work don’t work but as customers it’s not our fault for any of your bad attitude or bad service you give or of you don’t wanna work we expect good service and good food from this place.. if you go there make sure you check everything be for you leave and do expect the staff being rude and disrespectful and they never have anything cause they’re too lazy to make more of what you ask for!!!

Didn’t even have the opportunity to get the chicken meal I requested customer service is very poor. She says they didn’t have any fries ready. It would take five minutes and then she tells me because I wanted the chicken fillets spicy it would be another 10 minutes. Very rude used to like to get chicken there because of good service and good prices. I just left. I think the car behind me left also too bad poor service.

There was a young girl working there first she failed to give me my tenders. I got home noticed they were gone. I call she says go ahead and come back and pick them up. I get there and my tenders are halfway cooked not even fully cooked and they were so rude. Today is July 31, 2025 and whoever was in charge was very rude. I paid $42 for my mail and this is what I got.

Honestly they need to hire better people here. Customer service is awful. My husband and I couldn’t hear what the woman was saying on the intercom & she was progressively rude as if it was our fault we couldn’t hear her. She was so pushy and rushing us through the drive through as if they were packed when it was empty and only one car was behind us. They’re just rude here so definitely only deserve one star they need better service this place is already dirty and gross.
