So I went in as usual to get my meal (spicy chicken with jalapeño poppers) and I come across a beautiful cool young lady who was very polite towards me haha usually costumers in other places judge me for getting too much food and my old ways but this very beautiful lady named quetzali really made me feel very welcomed and safe with her persona , her way of speaking was very sweet and 0 intimidating , she lightened up my day with her smile and now I feel like I want too keep going too that specific churches more often. I hope she gets employee of the year she really deserves it

After standing in front of the counter for 5 minutes, employee yells out, “I’ll be right with you” Then she just yelled out, the wait will be 30 to 40 minute wait. Without even looking at me.i asked her if she was talking to me, she yelled, YES.

I swear the shift manager or whatever she’s called was EXTREMELY rude and even rolled her eyes when she told me it would be 10 minute wait for macaroni and cheese ♀️ and we told her it’s fine will wait!!! Then the phone rings and she says it very loud and clear I Do NOT Answer the phones anymore and the employee said To late I answered it already, then proceeded to repeat I don’t feel like dealing with shit today! Employees seriously stand there and judge you while you’re ordering and then proceed to talk bad about customers! Never again this place should be shut down

Our past experience at the San Juan churches was on point! Easy ordering online, I was greeted, given an accurate wait time for one of the sides, the restaurant was clean, the food was fresh and the service was quick. The managers listen to concerns and you can tell the employees are stepping up to the plate and exceeding expectations. Exactly what this location needs. Great job guys ! We appreciate it.

I had a rough day and was already stressed when I realized my order from Church’s Chicken was missing my biscuits. As soon as I walked in, Rose, the manager, was incredibly kind and helpful. Despite my frustration, she was empathetic and really made me feel heard. Not only did she ensure I got fresh biscuits, but she also gave me a free tea, which is one of my favorites! Her customer service was top-notch and completely turned my day around. On top of that, the chicken was delicious—fresh and crispy as always. Thanks to Rose’s outstanding service, I’ll definitely be returning to this specific Church’s Chicken location. Highly recommend!
