I bought the 5 spicy chicken strip combo, they were cold full of grease they looked like they were from yesterday. I asked for a medium coke zero and gave me the large of course I was charged extra. I ordered the 8 piece jalapeno bombers and gave me only 4 and was charged for the 8. I called all day and never answered the phone. Worst location ever, will never go back. I just go here because it’s close to my house, but never going back.

Feel like waiting for food? Especially through the drive thru. Be prepared to wait 20 minutes for any chicken to be ready at any given time. It happens all the time I come to get food from them.

The chicken I bought was old and tasteless. The macaroni was a paste, end of the pot left overs. Nasty. I kept calling to talk to the manager, they never pick up the phone. Sorry but your food was not worth the money I worked so hard for to feed my family. Very disappointed

They had forgotten to add my family-size french fries to my bag. I even asked the lady who took my order if the fries were in there; she said yes. It seems like everytime i order from this location they take forever and they get the order wrong. It needs better management or I don’t see me returning to this location
