The food was good , but the fountain drinks taste nasty like if they don’t wash the machines, really bad experience. I told the cashier and she just didn’t pay attention and I ask if I can get a refund for the drink , and said no , then I ask for a exchange and the cashier ask the manager and she said no , so i just threw my drink to the trash . They have bad costumer service .

Tonight, went to this particular franchise to get what ONCE was my favorite place to eat chicken. Not anymore, let me explain. as of late, the times i have gone over to get a family meal, they have, it seems; like clockwork, are ALWAYS out of chicken. specially the spicy variety. Ah, but there is always a WAIT TIME of no less than 15 minutes. Considering there was only one couple in the dinning room. I find this ludicrous. Whoever is running that clown show, has no semblance of time management. Seems, in my humble opinion, they could benefit of a thorough restructuring and or be sent to chicken college in order to benefit from said skills. NEVER again will i set foot there, much less glance their way. So it was off to the Boca Chica franchise, again. Would definitely NOT recommend.

Very good food. Nice and hot. Not stale chicken taste. Good clean tables. No pieces of food or papers on the floor. Good relaxing music and environment. I give it 5 stars. Keep up the good work. I definitely with go back again and recommend it to my friends. Good job, guys
