New to the area. This location never has food ready and when they do the wait times are crazy. The workers here have one job: to make chicken. Churches is only chicken yet they never have chicken ready! Why is it Bill Miller’s can have all types of meats and it’s always available and fresh. Instead of waiting drive down to Bill Miller’s on military because they always have fresh food and a wide variety ready and great customer service. This Churchs is a waste.

The guy working around 10:30 last night (1/13/25) was amazing! He was by himself and still managed to get our order out hot and fresh. The customer service was excellent — easily one of the nicest and friendliest employees I’ve encountered at this location. Really appreciated the great attitude and hard work!

My daughter ordered a 10 piece meal chicken on Dec 16, 2024 and the chicken was very dry and brown, called store talked to store manager and I over heard saying that he didn’t believe the chicken was dry, I ask his area manager phone number and he told me to figure it out. Bad customer service, I just wanted my chicken replaced but he said that I had to go right away and couldn’t do it later. Will never go to that store again.

The chicken was fresh, but lord the taste was just disappointing. Overcooked , greasy, and the presentation was God aweful. I have given this place two tries, and they just can’t get right for me. The three stars are for the staff. Someone need to come in and really show them how it’s done. Sad because the staff are really awesome..

DO NOT GO TO THIS CHURCH’s! As someone who loves church’s chicken today my wife had items missing and the chicken was horrible quality after waiting 20 minutes for food. She then called only to have an extremely rude manager, who instead of taking responsibility hung up on her. I sure hope the owner either corrects this poor managers actions or finds someone that could really sharpen this place up and learn to take responsibility. Recommend any other church’s chicken!

I placed an order online 30 minutes before the pick up time. I arrived 40 minutes later and they said I had to wait 20 minutes for spicy chicken. I told them to just give me regular. They still made me wait another 15 minutes to give me the order that was supposed to be ready. I get home with the food and I was supposed to get two large side orders of cole slaw. One of the containers was only filled 1/2 way and the other 3/4, these were 12 piece family meals with containers that were not even full. I also ordered 2 Large fries paid $9.00 for them and I got two small fries. Again how am I supposed to feed a big family with that. Never Again!!!! Extremely disappointed!!!!

Ok…don’t get me wrong. I absolutely love Church’s Chicken. But yall need to leave the wing game alone. They have a 9 piece wings(ette) combo. And I almost broke a tooth! These were the hardest wings I’ve ever tried. On top of that….no seasoning at all. If it wasn’t for the ranch….smh. Will come back bit never order those again!!

HORRIBLE costumer service as well as workers forgetting to put in exact items we asked for and in a hurry to get us out the line . there was a big Mexican or maybe white tall dude at the window and he was super rude if you don’t like your job then stop working in fast foods PLEASE smfh and I came through the drive thru at 10:09 pm .
