Today, December 29, 2025, if I could give zero stars, I would. The person who served me was very rude. I asked if I could get chicken tenders and chicken pieces, and she said no. Then I asked if I could get two spicy pieces, and she said no again. I’m never coming back to this place. The young woman provides terrible customer service. If you don’t like dealing with customers, find another job.

I like to say i’m a foodie, but I’ve never once wrote a food review in my entire life. This place was amazing. I ordered the 12 pc family combo. (spicy) It took around 8 minutes for me to receive my order. The ladies were very kind. When I received mash potato, I asked to exchange the side with coleslaw and they complied very quickly. No question asked, even though on my receipt it said “mash potato”. The ladies also gave me small plates and lots of ketchup without me asking. I had just signed up for their rewards program to receive 3 free tenders. When my friends and I were eating, we noticed we did not receive it. When I asked the lady, (I didn’t even need to show my receipt), she said right away and made a new hot batch just for us. This location was very friendly. The food was hot and fresh. First Review Ever.

Customer service really sucked, guess you get what you pay for tho. Cashiers attitude was horrid Just in her body language alone. No greeting nor did she give a thank you, not that it was expected but we are customers giving your place of employment money in which they pay you an hourly wage that if you don’t like it find another job, but by the looks of her attitude probably won’t get her to far at all.. Well I will thank you “NATY” for taking my order but please don’t forget that its church’s customers is what keeps you paid ma’am

Just make sure you order your food fresh! Otherwise they would give you whatever has been sitting up there. Always ask for chicken that’s in the oven because that’s where the fresh cooked chicken is located! Enjoy!

The food is always good here but I usually go through the drive through. Today I decided to go inside the restaurant & all the staff was very nice. What was most notable to me though was the man that helped me out, he was so upbeat & singing. Just had an overall positive vibe! Was so grateful to get to see that, it’s not my usual experience in fast food restaurants. It’s the type of employee that keep customers coming back. Such an awesome experience, give that man a raise!

Excellent place for hot fresh fried chicken. Went in to order my regular two piece combo and redeemed the free 3 piece tender coupon. Everything was hot and fresh. Want to thank the lady in drive-thru who threw in the extra tender. You put a smile on this customer . Thank you so much. I have a long and hard night ahead me.

I will be going to a different location from now because this locations has too many issues. For one the chicken is not hot at anytime. Second the service is slow. Third something is always missing from my order. And fourth they always close earlier than the set time, how do you close an hour something before your time @ church’s management???? Pitiful customer service.
