In the “South” “fried chicken ” is synonymous to “happiness” … I was born in Lufkin some six decades back and have resided in communities all over the entire world … “One” … “There is no place like home ” … and “Two” … “There is no place like”Church’s Chicken” … I noticed that (all) of the customers that were patronizing the location that I was at were “seasoned” customers … That translates to … “something must be getting done right when the standards are as high as they are for customers of the South to keep returning year after year … (and as an added bonus to the great tasting food … the young ladies that are employed at this location are some of the most well mannered and genuinely nice people that I have had the pleasure to do business with) …

God forbid you show up to the drive thru a FULL HOUR before closing they will just ignore you. My first time having Church’s in years and I didn’t even get to try it because they just didn’t wanna serve or even tell us they’re closed. Place needs a turnover YESTERDAY.

Paid $50 for fresh food but upon getting my food I only received 1 small fry. I should have gotten 2 family fries. Not biscuits. By the time I got home and still missing food it was cold. I always knew to stay away from that place. The staff giving away free good to friends. No wonder I never got my food.
