The kitchen is filthy when you really look closely, I don’t know why they keep the fry center open view to the public. There is raw chicken everywhere & flour dust everywhere. I have owned a restaurant before & I know how hard it is to keep up however I wouldn’t show your customers your slop.

I ordered at this location twice and both times my order got messed up but bagged as if everything was all there. The bag is sealed off Everytime as if someone checked to make sure everything was in there but not. The first time they missed places two pieces of chicken in my order and the second time I was missing 2 two pieces feasts that’s a total of 6 pieces of chicken I didn’t receive. So basically they stole from me, paying for something I didn’t receive. So I recommend if you order any food online check your bagged up sealed food before you leave or it might just happen to you too not getting what you paid for but the food was good. Dealing with this kind of service makes me not want to come back no more even though I love the chicken

Not a good experience. Went through drive through, took almost 15 minutes with only 1 car ahead of us. As we got to the window I could see inside and everything was dirty and greasy. When we finally ate the food it was not good. It was the worst clumpy, sticky mac and cheese, and the chicken and gravy was flavorless. The only good thing was the biscuit. This restaurant is in Palestine Tx. We will not be going back.

I was so excited to have found a church’s chicken. And decided to eat here with my daughter for dinner . We ordered in side . I believe this place needs some good updates. The employees seem pretty good. The food I honestly didn’t get to eat, that was kinda my fault. But yeah I believe this could be a great place with some updates.
Yeah the out side of the building looks great. But the inside really needs a deep clean and repairs.
