Completely ripped me off. I made an online order and when I got there to pick it up they told me they don’t sell chicken sandwiches anymore. At church’s chicken. The cashier didn’t know now to refund my $ so I had to go home and call their corporate office who told me they would refund the $. I never received a dime back out of a 10$ order. This location is disgusting. It is the dirtiest rest I’ve ever seen. And there’s always some form of nonsense going on . This place should just give up and shut down. Don’t go there

I would not recommend eating here! The chicken was dried up, dark and super greasy. When I asked to have fresh chicken made, the manager said she would not re-cook it because it would come out the same way. I told her I have eaten church’s chicken for years and it doesn’t come out that way. She replied, in her 2 years of employment there, it always has. I got a refund and went somewhere else. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!

The guy who took my order, didn’t provide customer service, seemed like he was on something, made it seem like getting any flavor drink aside coke was asking too much, didn’t give me my change correctly. I got the 12 piece, Texas tenders with two sides of mashed potatoes, gravy on the side, and then I asked that he making fresh…
I looked up in the ben for tenders that were already made, and they were none. He told me they always make them fresh.
It looks like that’s true judging by the empty Tinder tray, and the person in the back steadily, working on breading fresh chicken.
After tax at $23.89, 9 minutes later, after waiting in the lobby, my very hot fresh food was ready!
This is the best experience I’ve had a churches ever.

I would not recommend eating here. I got under cooked tenders. When I asked for the to be redone they said no. I asked for a refund and the said no that they would get fired and they laughed in my face. POOR customer service. I would definitely NEVER going back.

Went at 9:30 pm they close at 10:30 Had nothing no spicy chicken no nothing so I left. Lazy lazy lazy workers. Also went to location on SW 29th no bread no nothing i dont understand why be open if no food at the location on sw 59th customers came in and out all workers come up to you to tell you what they have only instead of making food. Free easy money just to tell customers no food and people leave.

My food was great and correct, no napkins provided considering we got a 10pc family meal. This location although it’s in a low income area doesn’t mean it needs to be in poor condition. The employees didn’t greet myself upon entering, continued their conversation and I had to interupt. The white gentleman with colored hair was polite and smiled when he handed me my food. The older black lady with short wave hair didn’t smile or speak when spoken to. At least the foods good lol
