I ordered a five piece and was only given four pieces of chicken. I didn’t go back because it was already late and I was tired. I also ordered coleslaw but the Cashier did not add it to Our ticket so we had to place another order just For the coleslaw. It seems like they give you what they want you to have instead of what you order.

The food is always good and fresh, the reason I gave a 3 on service is I placed my orders online because they were large orders and I live almost an hr. away and after putting in my ETA for my order I still had to wait quite awhile for them to get my order ready. ( some items had to be cooked )

Long wait ..3 cars in front of me..they said that I would have to wait 45 minutes for the Cajun Rice..45 mins..no way does it take that long to reheat a bag of rice..I got the 12 piece leg & thigh family meal. I chose 2 sides and 6 biscuits total cost $22.65.. the legs where very small..

Yeah the line can take a while especially later at night but seeing how short handed they are in not going to overly hold it against them. I showed up at 10pm, the food was hot and ready once I ordered. The older black lady working the register was extremely patient with a couple rude guest, regardless of they needed an order corrected the way the customers were acting and had mouthing them while waiting I give the employee full credit for not saying something smartassy to the guy. Thanks for the food.

The morning staff is excellent! Very friendly, & the food is delicious!! The night staff is rude, customer service is awful. The chicken strips were hard as a rock,they must of been under the heat lamp for hours!! The fried okra was hard as gravel! I went two weeks in a row. The first week I got smoke house chicken, they said it was on sale. It was so hard you couldn’t chew it!! It wouldn’t even come off the bone to feed to the dogs!! Don’t go at night! I live out of town, so it wasn’t worth driving back to complain!!

I fell leaving the store. The store has a very dangerous exit. I have serious injuries due to their negligence. The area is definitely not up to code. Be careful. The people working at the time were not concerned when notified of my fall. They laughed. Being in pain is not funny.
