Our order cane with no drinks, the delivery driver never let us know our order was on its way, never let us know he was at the house, left it at our door outside with bugs and now the phone number doesn’t work. SMH

I just receive my order from the delivery driver a few minutes ago and as soon as I bit into the chicken I felt hair in my mouth so I spit the chicken out into my hand and saw the hair in the chicken! That is not my hair or the driver’s hair, that hair was actually inside the chicken breading and I took pictures! I called the store multiple times and they are not answering the phone! I tried to upload the pictures on the church’s app, but it’s not working! I am disgusted and I want a full refund immediately!

My name is Hope and I’m from Opelousas LA. The.Church’s Chicken down here they take way to long. I went in there at 7:20pm and didn’t get out until 8 pm. The workers gossip and don’t take their work seriously. They had two workers one whom took my order and a boy in the back with his pants all the way down was in there suppose to be working but instead they was laughing and talking about their customers. The one who took my order caught and attitude with me when she was the one who didn’t get my order right. She’s very impatient and didn’t satisfy me at all with her rude attitude towards me. What ever happen to support your customers. I’m not going to be going there again if this is the way I’m going to get treated after waiting 40 minutes. The service is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone that want something on the go to eat it best to go somewhere else. P.S I found a piece of hair in my food. Think carefully if your thinking about coming here.
