We were able to be seated within about 15 minutes at about noon on a Sunday. Service was prompt. My cappuccino was excellent as was the food. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

The staff is super friendly and really on top of things. Fast service and very attentive and welcoming.. I’ve had BBB multiple times in the past but usually doordash And a couple times in Homewood.. This was my first visit to this newer location. If I could give them more than five stars I would.. they had some good vegetarian options for my friend. She enjoyed her veggie omelette and biscuit with tomato gravy. She’s a coffee aficionado and she loved their cappuccino with caramel. We both love the avocado toast. I’m not prone to order that when I go somewhere but that place knocks it out of the park. Very flavorful. And you get your choice of an egg with it. ..one of My favorite is the the cat head biscuit. (Horribly named food I know) but it’s a delicious chicken biscuit open-faced with cheese and gravy it’s Divine.

This was my 2nd visit to BBB; The 1st was in Tuscaloosa a few months ago. I had breakfast with my brother. This visit was better than the 1st, but only because I fell down before I even entered the building . We enjoyed our time together very much. It was very cold outside, and warm inside. I ordered a veggie omelet. V good. My brother ordered flatjacks, which he enjoyed. Our experience was delightful, and our server, Jason, was excellent. We love getting together, just the 2 of us.

We come to town several times a year from California to visit our family. We ate here once and decided to have breakfast here almost every day we were in town. Jason is an excellent server and makes you feel at home (we requested him each time we went). We will definitely be back. You really can’t go wrong with anything you order.

I typically never go to a new restaurant the first week of it opening out of fear that they need to work their kinks out… HOWEVER, it’s Big Big Breakfast and I couldn’t wait! I have been to many locations and this one was just as amazing! VERY clean, friendly staff and the food was 100000/10. Having a BBB in Cahaba Heights is so exciting!!! I’m sure the line will be wrapped around the building in no time, so I was happy to go on a slow morning while it’s still new. Yall enjoy! BBB never disappoints and this new location is FANTASTIC!!

Arrived at 11:03 and joined waitlist. Said it would be 25 minutes tops. Waited 46 minutes and asked the host, the host said the app actually does NOT check you in and you have to tell them. Not clear at all and does not say that on the app. Waiting with my two small kids. Took an hour because after we told her, we had to wait longer. Our appetizer never came out.. I mean never. They said they didn’t “prep enough” 20 minutes after we ordered, but they packed it up to go since it wasn’t ready until we finished eating, and we were still charged full price for the appetizer ($11) we never got until we left. My kids were done eating by the time I got the sauce I asked for for my food. Waiter was nice, but the most confusing dining experience I’ve had in Louisville. We will not be back and will not recommend
