Went here for dinner after a long day and it turned out to be a solid choice. The chicken was cooked well, not dry, and had good flavor without being too greasy. Portions felt fair for the price, and the sides were decent, nothing fancy but they did the job. The staff was polite and kept things moving even though it was a bit busy. Place was clean and had a relaxed vibe, good for a casual meal. Overall, it’s a reliable spot when you’re in the mood for chicken and don’t want anything over the top.

I ordered online. They gave me a specific time to pick it up. When I showed up I waited another 10 minutes to get my orders. First the good; excellent fries! Unfortunately, the rest was bad. I ordered a fried apple pie because they are delicious and it was offered as a freebie for my birthday. When I got home, I had no pie. I had two legs and a thigh which I ordered spicy. They were crunchy and spicy. Oddly, though, the actual chicken of the thigh underneath the crust was mushy; I gave it to my dog, which was mean of me as she hadn’t done anything wrong. My biscuit was good, but my rice had the texture of mush; looked like dog food…woof! My wife had two chicken strips which said were barely spicy and dry. Her biscuit was dry and crumbly as if it had been sitting around for a while. The service was OK. Everyone was polite, but for a fairly new store it was starting to look like the over 20 year old BK down the street.

Went to lunch today with my aunt and we both ordered off the 2 for $5 real deal menu. I got a cheesy, jalapeño bomber wrap and some buffalo boneless wings with creamy jalapeño sauce and my aunt got the original wrap and original sandwich. Shoutout to the wraps because they are phenomenal. Price, flavor, and freshness was insanely good and worth the wait in line.
The employees were super friendly and nice. The creamy jalapeño sauce was forgotten on the tray and the employee was taking a drive thru order and I was waiting for my turn but she multitasked and helped me at the same time as taking the order. Excellent customer service.
Tables and floors were clean in the lobby. Everything was stocked and the trash was emptied and the receptacles were wiped down.
The manager brought us out some apple pies unprompted and said it was a holiday treat for us. They were excellent, piping hot and spiced warmly.
I had a great experience today! The lobby was a bit cramped and loud, since it’s so small, but that is the only negative thing I can say.
Shoutout to the lady who took my order who said creamy jalapeño sauce was your favorite! I don’t know her name, but she was awesome! Honorable mention to the associate who gave me the correct sauce too!

This location is really nice, amazing spicy fried chicken, had the Mac ‘n Cheese which was also very good. Service was exceptional, and obviously great staff in the kitchen here, they care and it shows in the quality of the food.

I went there and got a 4 piece meal. It was disgusting. Tasted like it was breaded in straight up flour only. Had to drench it in hot sauce for it to be somewhat good. Plus it was expensive. Grocery store fried chicken is better.

Nice and quiet on the inside, but, staff is slow as molasses with online orders. had to remind them multiple times to not forget things that where on the order I understand that this is a new location however I could have sworn it was everyones first day on earth very friendly staff but very clueless. after a 25 minute wait I finally got my food and I had to yet again Remind them that they forgot the drinks and got home and they had forgotten half the sauce and the fries where stale and cold hopefully I will change my review next time I go staff needs more training
