CHURCH OFFICIAL App allows you to schedule your order pickup time. I ordered at 5:05PM Friday. The App said order would be ready and available at 5:15PM. I arrived and went into a empty restaurant, with no customers at drive through. All there were was 5 workers leaning on the counter. I say my name Nate I am here for my 5:15PM order. employee Telse tells me it will be another 40 minute wait. I ask for a refund. I am told they offer no refunds.

We tried giving it a chance last month, I forgot to write a review. But doors were locked so we had to do the drive thru. There were no other customers around dinner time, so we thought food would come quicker. It was a 30 minute wait and they forgot part of my order… Tried to eat the chicken tenders when I got home but they were so stiff and rubbery that I just threw them away. My SO had a slightly better experience because they did not forget their food, but they commented on the bone in chicken having no flavor, like there was absolutely no seasonings on or in the breading.
Will say, was likely one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had in recent years.

12/5/25 Food was excellent we got 16 PC family meal chicken cooked perfect and juicy, biscuits are really good, liked mashed potatoes and gravy I would get more gravy on the side, jalapeno cheese poppers were great too they have a good kick. Coleslaw was avg nothing to write home about. Service was avg they forgot my gravy on the side. Don’t know why all these bad reviews. Would go here again

Gross. Fries were old and chewy or hard. The mac and cheese was bland. I tried the chicken but was not into it. If you can’t get fries right I’m scared to eat the chicken! The best part was the pre packaged sauce and even that was just okay. I had wanted to get the shrimp but when I ordered the employee said they weren’t serving shrimp because she’s allergic but they would have shrimp tomorrow! Fortunately we have an abundance of chicken restaurants so choose any of the others, just don’t go here!

So I paid $42 to feed my family of 5 COLD, HARD & SOGGY food. I placed my order about a quarter to 5pm to be picked up at 6pm. When going to the restaurant (first time), I couldn’t even find it. All the lights were off. Finally I did and it was about 5 mins to 6pm when I arrived. I headed in, told the lady my name, grabbed my food and was off. 7 mins is all it took to get home and divy up the food for my family. My kids had fries which were cold to the touch and soggy because of the bags being enclosed. The honey biscuits were rock hard. My chicken was cold. I tried to remedy the complaint within the app—they offered me 100 points on my acct which isn’t even enuf to get a free item. We’ll be getting our chicken take out elsewhere from now on.

I got churches food back to back 2 days in a row. Yesterday I tried it for the first time and ended up waiting in line for over 30 minutes. Where we were told to wait multiple times. There were only 2 people working and the lady at the drive through was doing multiple things at a time. Tending to the front cashier and the drive through, as well as putting the orders together. The other female making the food. When I got the food it was fresh and hot and tasted really good.
I thought I would try again because I thought the food was really really good. Unfortunately this time I ended up waiting for 40 minutes, the girl at the drive through was training and she had to keep asking people for help (which is understandable). The car in front of us told us they had been waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes. From the window we could see people coming to get their order, then coming back up to return it because they had gotten the order wrong. We then found out that nobody that day had gotten a correct order. I got my food and realized that my order was also wrong. They had swapped out two items for two different ones. Although they didn’t get my order correct they put in a free apple pie because of the wait time. I ended up just eating what I got and the food was still really good. I got two Mac and cheese, 1 mashed potato, and a 12 Pc spicy boneless wing.
This place has the potential to be good they just need to perhaps close down and retrain for a month or two, or get new management. As this place is going it’s not going to make it. Food tastes really good though which is unfortunate. Just everything else is lacking really hard. Would like to give this place a try in the future again.

Temperature inside the restaurant was 57° & staff said they had no control of it. It was so cold in there that we couldn’t even enjoy our food. Tables & chairs were freezing. Two other couples were there when we walked in; they had already ordered & we actually got our food before they did (I assume both couples had ordered carry-out). Both couples were complaining about how it was freezing inside as well. I ended up eating part of a chicken tender & a biscuit. We had to leave because we were just too cold to eat. The biscuit was good. The chicken tender was pale-looking, but had a light crisp to it; aside from that, it was nothing special. It was just a chicken tender. All the breading falls off, so I only ate a little of it. I took my potatoes home & haven’t tried them yet….. they were nice just to hang onto for a little bit of warmth lol. I don’t see myself ever having a reason to go back again. I tried it once, I think that’s enough.

This place needs some serious help! Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes before getting to the speaker then was greeted about 5 minutes later only to be told to wait longer. Ordered a 3 piece spicy with okra and sweet tea, got to the window and they tell me they’re out of okra. That was the main reason I went! So I ask to give me 3 or 4 extra biscuits and they give me 2.
The chicken was hot, crispy and fresh but I didn’t get spicy, literally had to put hot sauce on it to add any type of flavor. The biscuits were barely buttered and to say honey butter is ridiculous when I can’t taste any honey. Then the sweet tea, it’s in this bucket by the window that they serve at room temperature with no ice! This place needs to close and maybe reopen in a few months when they know what they’re doing!

Ordered delivery 11/4/25 legs and thighs, jalapeño bites, mashed potatoes and gravy. It was very good! I wish I tried the spicy chicken strips but didn’t realize until it was too late I could order them separately. Just go to the combo, then chicken only.
