The meal was barely warm, and the chicken had no flavor. It seems like Church’s has lost their touch with seasoning lately. Unfortunately, this meal was disappointing and not up to their usual standard.

I had not been to a Church’s chicken in 20 years since there isn’t one close by where I live. So i was looking forward to giving them a try as that was a college day favorite for me back in the day. This location did not disappoint. The food was fresh and had the same nostalgic taste I loved, and the staff was extra friendly. The only downside is this location does not have a public bathroom. I will be returning for sure whenever I am in the area.

What is this place??? I haven’t had church’s chicken in years. I never like it because it was so greasy. But this place this fresh faced twin of church’s the the prettier smarter version of ever church’s chicken I’ve ever known. The taste was phenomenal the spices were spicing. You gotta try this location. Great service, delicious food.

It’s always busy and like any place you go to some have good customer service and some don’t. The ones with the bad attitude usually have on a bonnet no lie and I’m not from Dayton I travel a hour to get there sometime you just have to deal with it or go to the other location.. This one is by the dispensary so I come here to get both and hit the road back home.

Wanted to treat my wife after a day of partying and celebrating her birthday. The service was exceptional and the food was delicious. We spent almost $45 and had enough left over for breakfast in the morning. They even gave us free drinks and dessert. Kay was extremely efficient and pleasant. She should make district manager soon.

If I could give No stars I would… waited an hr for food to be delivered”fresh” just to find out they had nothing I ordered and paid for! Then the girl who was to be making the to go boxes had an attitude cause she had to be there. Worst experience ever for my first visit… will NEVER visit this location again for sure. The paper mache they breaded the chicken in was okay. I’m allergic to flavor so this was perfect. The biscuits reminded me of some piece of fluff I once found under the couch but on reflection, the dusty fuzzy had more flavor.

We waited about 25 minutes for our food. They were out of several items and others had wait times associated with them. When we did get our food we received the wrong sides and the biscuits were crushed like the hulk packaged them.
I won’t hold the location against the store, but the amount of loose trash blowing around and absolute filth around the drive thru/dumpster was pretty disgusting. I don’t think we will be returning to this location.

Disgusting and Unprofessional – Shut This Place Down
This was hands down one of the worst. The chicken was completely tasteless, like it was old and then fried, and the okra was damn near burnt. The staff had a nasty attitude and acted like doing their job was a burden. On top of that, their dumb rule about not allowing separate orders is just lazy and ridiculous. The place was filthy, trash everywhere, and clearly no one cares about cleanliness or customer service. This dump should be shut down — and the people working there can go with it. Don’t waste your time or money ✌ I should of went to the other one..
