This used to be a Crispy Chick restaurant back in the day so not only can you get Church’s already great chicken, you can also order the Chick O’Breast Sandwich. it’s an awesome sandwich and makes this Church’s stand out over other Church’s. The place is older and not in the best shape but the chicken is great.

All the employees were sitting at the dine in tables with fountain drinks, yet they were out of all drinks besides Hi C. When I ordered spicy chicken, I was told they were out of spicy chicken and that I would have to wait 20 minutes for any chicken. Then they were out of the regular sides I wanted so I was forced to order the supreme sides at a higher price. The whole experience was bad. .

1st when I pulled into the parking lot it was empty. So I pulled to the drive thru to place my order the lady come across the speaker and says I’ll be with u in just a minute. Well that minute turned into 10 and then finally she came back to take my order. I order a 10 piece chicken legs and thighs and 6 biscuits. My vehicle is the only one here now. I pull to the window and we sat there for 15 minutes waiting to get our food.. I’m saying to myself our food is going to be so hot we’re not going to be able to eat it… the girl come to the window and hand me the bag with the chicken and biscuits in it and Everything was cold I said why have I had to wait 30 mins and I end up with cold food.. they didn’t explain to me why my food was cold. One employee was standing there on his phone and the other had went to the bathroom. The manager on the shift looked like she was confused also but stated that she couldn’t give me a refund all she could do was give me some fresh chicken that was about to come up in 15 more mins. I was pissed because I’ve already been here longer then I wanted to be.. I am not from here so when I do come this way I always stop here and get us some chicken and it’s always hot and fast… this by far was the worst experience I’ve had with this particular churches!!!

I don’t know what happened with my chicken, but it while the skin was crispy, the chicken itself was stringy and overcooked. The thigh pieces were shaped like thigh, but had the consistency of overcooked breast meat that was left under heat lamps too long. They also forgot my honey biscuits, which was the whole reason for my drive through visit. Their okra was wonderful though, so I filled up on that.

They have a great $5 meal. Fried okra is very very good.Coleslaw is too. Chicken is delicious! They even throw in a jalapeno pepper! People work hard there.
One thing is restrooms could be better.

Cashier shirt was dirty as if she had been doing landscaping. When the drive-thru window flopped open , it smelled like a landfill. I asked for no ice and got a cup half full of soda!!!!!!!!Dinner was over $10. Will not be back. Tried to do survey on receipt but there’s no store # how strange!

I love my some churches but the one time I’ve ever gone to this the chicken was disappointing. The outside was soo greasy, I know fried chicken is greasy but it’s like they served a side of oil with it and the chicken was dry as ill get out. The chicken tasted like they fried it again since it could have been sitting out for a long time , which could explain why it came with a side of oil.

The drive through menu had a sign taped to it saying “order at window”. No big deal right? Well it becomes a big deal when you pull around and sit there forever. The lady inside looked right at us twice and completely ignored us. I finally beeped my horn and she said “oh, we are closed”. It was 9pm and every light was on inside and the sign outside was lit up. They’re supposed to be closed at 10 pm. What a miserable excuse for a business. I should’ve known better because the last Church’s I went to in a different location was actually a 10X worse experience.
