I placed an order online for pickup. I showed up a few minutes after the estimated pickup time, but my order wasnt ready yet. I still had to wait another 10 minutes. However, this did result in very fresh chicken! It was piping hot and absolutely delicious. This is just for the fried chicken peice. I got a 4 peice combo – spicy.
The chicken sandwich itself was nasty. Its a chicken patty that looks unappealing, and the taste can’t even hold a candle to a McChicken.
The biscuits were good. Side of spicy rice was mushy. They forgot my jalapeño.
If you go here for chicken you might end up waiting, but at least you won’t be disappointed in the taste and freshness.

Placed an online order that said I could pickup at 7pm. Just to pull up at the store at 7. 2 workers in the restaurant and one sitting outside in her car. The young guy was working drive through while the other guy was cooking. The lady then got out her car to come back in the restaurant to say give me a minute. Looked at the screen then said you got a pickup. I said yes then she says it’s going to be a minute on the smokehouse. Had you not been sitting in your car you would’ve saw the online orders to have my food ready at the time it was supposed to have been ready! So here I am waiting another 20 minutes after getting off

Service wa great. Passing thru from FL to KY. Wanted my hubby to taste the chicken I had as a teenager. We don’t have any close to home. Food was good. Hubby enjoyed. Very friendly cashier. A sweet reminder of years gone by.

I ordered the 10 piece tender meal with the extra 10 piece tenders on the side. When I got home they short me 1 tender each box. Called the store and they thought I had an attitude but I didn’t I explained I don’t live in Troy and this was not acceptable. The young lady twisted my words to the manager Shay and I explained to her that you did not hear me say I was missing 4 tenders, I said I was missing one tender from each box. They put my sauce under my tenders where they could burst open. Thats not how you pack orders. After ter finding out the manager packed my box I was like wow. Where is the last manager. They told me she doesn’t work there anymore. Buy they claimed to put my name on the paper to come back and redeem a 10 piece for all the confusion . One thing to remember the customer is always right and before assuming ask questions and don’t let your employees talk reckless to the customer. I used to be a manager and my experience was they got fired or suspended for that foolishness. Praying for better help.

I have not eaten at Church’s since my last past experience (just horrible)—– Sooooo let’s fast forward>>>I would like to send a shout out to the new store manager Jessica and her staff for being top notch and turning this location around!!! Please train whoever makes the sauce correctly. Bc the COB sauce is nothing but mustard and cut peppers. This is not how it supposed to be made. I should have just asked for mustard to eat with my chicken smh. I knew by the color it wasn’t right please don’t let who ever made it do it again.

Worse experience ever after I got my food I seen the 85 health score. Tenders wasn’t done. No manager on duty to accommodate guests, very unprofessional. Close it down start over.

I love Church’s Chicken. This was a wonderful store to get delicious chicken from on our way home from the East Coast. The sweet tea was fabulous. It was cold and it was sweet! The only caution I would make to anyone is that the bathrooms may be a little dirty. The food is delicious!
