We go here every Saturday for breakfast. Food is fantastic and it’s very affordable. Absolutely love the waitress that works there and serves us every weekend. Super friendly and very fast service.

My wife and I stopped there on our way home to Sheboygan. The woman who greeted us and served us was very warm and friendly. We both had the hot beef sandwich plate which is their specialty. The food was so delicious. All home made ingredients. We took home a piece of their raspberry crumble pie. I’m not a pie guy but I sure would be if I grew up eating pie like that. Great food and great hospitality. Thank you Amber’s Colby cafe. We’ll be back

Good food and service at a reasonable price. Many menu items are made right in the cafe, including the really good pies, for dessert. Also, some of the staff is bilingual.
