So for $31 we got cold tenders with no seasoning. Cold mashed potatoes and gravy. Limp unsalted fries and something they want to pass off as mac and cheese. Flat fountain drinks with too much syrup. The only thing I can recommend is the biscuit. No working bathroom. No garbage cans. Disgusting sauces and well just truly nothing redeeming about this location other than the generosity shown by the manager to one of the 15 homeless people in the encampment behind the building by giving him a piece of chicken. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

To whom it may concern. I tried to do a review on the website for churches Chicken, about my experience this evening. The website doesn’t work. Called the store a number of times no one answers. I ordered a family meal plus other sides. I was told Chicken has to be cooked it will be 20 to 30 mins. I look up it’s been a whole hour. I go back threw the drive threw to ask for my money back. I hear them yelling it’s finna come up it’s almost done and still wasn’t done after a hour. Every time I go there wich is not that much to began with. It’s either the staff is rude,something is missing from my order, it’s a long wait for spicy chicken or they are out of what I want. This is beyond ridiculous and out of control. Especially knowing you are the only location and churches chicken in town.

This Church’s Chicken was extremely busy, but the crew handled it like pros. Everyone worked hard, stayed focused, and kept things moving despite the rush. The food came out hot and fresh, and the teamwork really showed. I appreciate the effort and dedication from the entire staff—great job under pressure.

Definitely not impressed. I think they need to go back to Texas and start over. Food is cold and obviously not fresh. Mac n cheese would be good if it was half way fresh. Asked for spicy chicken and its just regular. Lacks flavor. The biscuit was the best part of it. But I did feel the lady was very friendly. Maybe she felt sorry for me for coming there.

Some of the best fried chicken in pensacola, service is a little slow, but it seems the the reason for that is because they are so popular, people were coming in non stop, and the food was worth it.
If you want a faster time, order ahead.

Went to Churches chicken on Mobile Hwy, Pensacola on 1/27 at 9:10 pm, went to front door it was locked, clerk said go to drive thru, so I did, drive thru clerk said were closed. ??? Sign say’s closes at 10pm, clerk said we are out of food so were closed.
Next day tried to call & speak with Mgr. (No one answered phone), called headquarters could only use automated service, held for customer service, no one picked up.
Discovery: They don’t care.
Solution: spend my money elsewhere.

This location needs to work on time management it’s always a long wait and they never have anything ready plus they act like they are miserable when you go to order. Just overall needs a clean up, remodel, new employees with better attitudes, better location asap.
Edit- don’t use your card at this place. They try to double charge and use the system being down as an excuse they got my payment off my card that day but tried to pull another payment today. I wouldn’t recommend overall but if you insist on eating here, be sure to pay with cash.

DO NOT get chicken from here unless you are looking for disappointment. I’ve tried three times and they not only screw up your order they most of the time won’t fix it! The final time was they gave us 9 pieces of dark chicken when we paid for a 10 piece and when we drove back up there with the chicken they said all we can do is give you one breast! I paid for mixed 10 piece and after driving back ended up with 9 dark pieces and one breast. Horrible workers and management.

I placed a mobile order and went inside to pick up. First of all sign on the bathroom says out of service. There is only one bathroom in the restaurant, so I am unsure where the employees would be using the restroom if the one bathroom is out of service. Looking behind the counter, the kitchen is absolutely disgusting and I don’t see how they would pass a health inspection let alone even be open to be honest. On top of all that staff is rude. Owner of this franchise should be ashamed
