I ordered a family meal, the chicken was fair not as tasty as usual. The family mashed potatoes with gravy were spoiled, the Cole slaw was also spoiled. It was supposed to be a family sized side it was only enough for one person. They left out my jalapeño peppers.I’ve tried to reach out to them several times through email, the app with no response or answer at the store when I call. Terrible all together.

I bought the 2pc feast leg, thigh, jalapeño pepper, and biscuit for $3.49 & enjoyed it but then saw that on Tuesday 2pc just leg& thigh cost $1.99. I also purchased the 9pc Hone hot wings which were good & crispy for $8.99. I had to wait about 9 minutes but was told the wait time when I placed my order. I would recommend you try this location because cashier was honest, friendly & food was fresh & hot. 1/3/26 the drive thru microphone didn’t work so you just pull up to window to place your order.

If I could give zero I would. I am disgusted with how I just bit into my chicken only to find a the longest piece of hair in my mouth from biting into the chicken! Unacceptable!!! Wear a hair net for crying out loud! This makes me never want to eat at churches again because the cleanliness is a 0/10. Church’s is a classic and has the best flavored chicken in my opinion. But, this is my last straw. You guys need better management and to wear a hair net!

Hello everyone please READ before you enter this RUDE suppose to be place of business. The workers (Well SOME) are very rude to begin with. I went to this place last night around 8:30 mind you they are still open at that time. It was a man inside wiping down counters we sat at the speaker for about 15 mins before I went and tried to open the door which was locked. Instead of him letting us know that they were closed or he couldn’t take us he just kept looking at us. Fast fwd till today, I went in for me and coworker we had two different orders , (NIKIRA OR WHATEVER HER NAME IS) told me she putting them in the same box. Instead of asking would it be okay if she put them in the same box. I told her no it’s going to two different people I need separate boxes she told me I could not get a different box cause she’s the only one working. Which the time she took to argue with me she could have been putting my food in two different boxes. She then proceeded to tell me I would have to pay for a box. Which I don’t why when I had two total different orders. I will be calling corporate TODAY.

Visited the restaurant today and ordered the fish sandwich; it was straight garbage! Filet was small and very little fish beneath the breading. Didn’t taste good. Just a waste of money. The staff I came in contact with exhibited good customer service. Churches should be ashamed of themselves for their fish sandwich.

Im only giving this 1 star to leave the review, the skinny lady with the piercing in her face was extremely rude trying to push a survey on me after I waited 20 minutes for three people to place a order. It was dirty in the store and after I got the food it was all burnt and the chicken tasted like old grease

Came here at 2:48 pm today and the doors were locked. A young lady was leaning over the counter talking on her cell phone. There was also a male behind the counter, both looking at me but saying nothing. They didn’t open the door or nothing. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I had one guy in front of me and got there at 12:04…. I left out at 12:25 without putting any order in because I have to be back at work 12:30 and if I get mad then im the bad guy…. but thats ridiculous
