Walked in and I was warmly greeted by young man at register. He took my order I waited for fresh tender’s. The store and restrooms were clean. I’ll definitely go back. I hadn’t had this food in a long time! I got tender’s with dirty rice & 4 bombers it came with a drink.

I placed my order online at 7:18 and it was supposed to be ready by 7:23. I arrived around 7:27 and went through the drive thru to receive my order. I was asked rudely to show them my order on my phone and what my name was. I was then told to drive around and park because they were going to bag up my order and bring it out to me. I sat outside and watched about 5 other customers receive their order and mine was never started. I went inside and I was told by the manager in a very rude and hateful tone that I had to wait on chicken to be dropped because the other customers before me had to get their food first even though I preordered and prepaid for my food at 7:18. This was 7:40 when I was told that I was waiting on chicken. I didn’t receive my order until 8:03. Not one apology was given and again the manager was extremely rude the entire time! I would not advise anyone to go to this establishment!

The food was good it took a long time to get it. The family side orders have changed to a large bag with very little in it I was very disappointed in the size of the portions. Beverly enough for two or three people on a 16-piece meal.

The food was ok, just ok. It was cooked harder then needed (or was sitting for a while), bland and although the ladies were very polite, they still packed my order wrong. It’s a very small space and was fairly clean. There are better offers / deals if you order on a delivery app (i.e: Uber Eats, Grubhub etc)

I placed a ln online pickup order to be ready for a 6:30 arrival. Upon my arrival not only was the food not ready. I was informed they were just dropping chicken and I would need to wait in the most monotone unconcern voice possible. I sat in my vehicle watch customers walk in and out of the establishment with their order all varying in size from personal orders to family meals. 45 mins later and the end of my patience I walk in only to be met with two rude young ladies. Neither of them took the time to apologize for the long wait nor did they have the decency or home training to professionally attend to correct the situation. Instead I was met with attitude and rolling of eyes. Told there is your food and once again no apology. This will be my last time coming to this establishment. The lack of leadership is very apparent here.

When you walk in the door at 8:00 on a Friday night and they tell you there’s a 15 to 20-minute wait on chicken at a chicken restaurant, that’s just ridiculous. Why are you open always the same story here and your chicken is not even that good.

The place was dirty, we preordered at 7 and the order said it would be ready at 8. 20 minutes later we asked about our order and they said it was 15 minutes until it was ready. It’s 9: 26 still and we are waiting for our food still. I’ve asked multiple times and they are just laughing talking to each other. They still haven’t fried the chicken when I asked. We finally got our food when I walked in angry and they finally stopped talking and gave us our food. The employees were fighting a lot and arguing about who did what. I’m sure the food is cold at this point.

This location never has anything and the lady that was working and answering the phone at 6:45pm on 1/8/26 needs to be fired. She is disrespectful and has an attitude. Really don’t see how she still works there. DO NOT recommend this location at all!
