They got new honey butter chicken tenders so delicious and the services they are getting make u want to eat there everyday. They are very nice and respectful. I will come again and will bring more people with me. I give them 100 stars cause they was amazing the entire crew. Friendly and on point.

The chicken was hot and fresh but like most chicken joints I’ve been to! It just tasted like chicken, they don’t marinate thier chicken over night! To give it that authentic Louisiana flavor! Although the manager was very pleasant. And she was working hard to please her customers..

Me and my husband came to Church’s Chicken and order food we got the $5 box I was not allowed to get 3 legs was told I would have to get a thigh Popeye’s and KFC would have let me changed that. We are having to wait 13 minutes for some chicken to be cooked waiting on toys and pies to be cooked. I came to the car to sit cause it’s too cold in there the cashier ran into the men’s bathroom with a young man did not wash her hands when she came back out. Was talking on her cell phone and was rude the will be my last time coming here to eat. And they didn’t have any sweet tea. Worst service of any place I have been.

I’ve always liked Church’s good ole’ crispy greasy fried chicken. The pieces were generously sized and cooked exactly right. However, within the last year or so, as often as not the pieces are over cooked and so dry they’re difficult to swallow. This, unfortunately, has been the case in stores which are located in different areas several hours apart.

Food is always fresh and the staff is always ready to serve whatever you need. The manager, Janice, is super sweet and always has a smile. Awesome place to dine and eat! I would recommend this place to everyone!

I live in Pensacola, FL and while visiting this particular location I had an awful experience! My order was wrong and after waiting for 20 minutes or better for white meat to come up, the clerk Latoschia give someone who had just walked in their order and when I got to my destination, I only had two pieces of white meat!!! I was outraged! Latochia should be fired because not only does she not know what she is doing, but she has no customer service skills.

I’m sure it is a good place to eat. But we go there at 9PM. And they close at 10PM. And all 3 of them are on their phones saying they are closed. They got a whole hour shift left. Half working people to me.

I went to churches one time when I was seven years old. Pastor Mills took me out back and was talking to me about coming in early next Sunday to help with the pre school service. Next thing I knew I’m being thrown on the ground with my face being pressed against the asphalt. I saw my four year old little sister walk out and look me in the eyes. As I’m screaming for help she sheds a tear, turns her back and walks inside like she saw nothing. I will forever be scarred by my great uncle pastor Will’s. He left me there a broken child as he walked back in and led his congregation to Jesus. He walked in and pretended he did no wrong. He’s a theif of my own virginity and religion. I’ll never step foot in a churches chicken again.

How do you have 12 min left before the store closes and you tell a customer that you are out of Fries? For this reason alone I will most likely never go back. I stay in Talladega and Talladegans would like to know why we always go to Pell City, Anniston, or Oxford. This is why. I guarantee you that this would have never happened anywhere else.

Really love their honey butter biscuits and the usually always have good deals. We live about 20 miles away but it’s worth the drive.
