This is a bit of a belated review, but last Sunday my bf and I popped in for brunch on an impulse. We both ordered the English breakfast, and it was the perfect kickstart to a drowsy Sunday morning after a late Saturday night out. 10/10 would recommend, even if like me, you don’t generally approve of beans for breakfast. We sat at the stunningly beautiful wooden bar and were served by Chris. I specifically appreciated that he never seemed even the least bit annoyed by the many water refills I required to rehydrate my shriveled body from the night prior, and I never even had to ask for another round, not a single time. The service and food were so good in fact, we returned that evening for dinner. Imagine our delight when we sat down at a table in a side room, and Chris, our hydration hero, manifested immediately ready to take our order. The more I think about it, the more I suspect he could possibly be an escaped Bonaventure ghost haunting the Churchill bar, bestowing its patrons with his delightful presence, because I don’t know how a person could work all day and still provide such spectacular service both times. We had another heaping portion of delicious food, this time the prime rib & French onion soup. Seriously, the portions of their entrees are shockingly generous. The cheese pull on the French onion soup was *chef’s kiss.* Bread pudding isn’t the most tantalizing name for a dessert, but please ignore your impulse to skip over it. You might be too full to eat it right then in there, but you can always shamelessly polish it off for breakfast the next day like I did. I highly recommend you check out Churchill’s and Chris, its friendly ghost.

There was 16 of us and the service was great.
Pictured is the glazed salmon with sweet mash(sweet potato casserole) and twice steamed asparagus.
The salmon was excellent and had a great taste. The sweet potatoes were excellent. And, the asparagus they steamed it a little extra for me so it wouldn’t be hard.
We waited for the food to settle and had dessert. Pictures is the bread pudding which has pecans inside and powered sugar sprinkled on top. Very filling!

Had a really good evening overall — I’d say it was almost a 5 out of 5. The food was excellent and everything else went smoothly.
The only downside was a small surcharge added to offset credit card processing fees. We had two separate bills and were charged $2, which felt unnecessary. If the goal is to cover processing costs, it might be better to simply adjust menu prices instead.
Aside from that, it was a great experience and the food was definitely worth coming back for.

Churchill’s Pub, which is located on Bay Street in Savannah, Georgia, is such a fun + lively spot! I recently stopped by with my boyfriend & a friend of ours while we were wandering around Savannah, GA during the wedding weekend of two of our close friends. We sat on the rooftop during our visit, and it was absolutely lovely! 🙂 Churchill’s British Pub has such a great atmosphere, and we found that it was the perfect place to relax while exploring the area!
During our visit, the staff were SO accommodating & genuinely kind, which made our experience here even better. The service was attentive without us feeling rushed, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our visit. Regarding their food, we tried the Pimento Cheese Croquettes, Spinach Artichoke Dip, and the White Truffle Mac and Cheese. Each one of these dishes was wonderful. Everything was flavorful, well-prepared, and perfect for sharing!
I definitely recommend stopping by Churchill’s if you are in Savannah and are looking for a great pub with delicious food & a fantastic rooftop experience!!

My experience at churchill’s was amazing, my first time there and I was greeted and had a warm welcome by the employees working there! The service was outstanding and the server Luke was very polite and always checking in on how I was doing! Excellent food also.. the food i had was the French toast with fruit and maple syrup, and the drink of choice was the alcoholic hot coco with whipped cream 10/10 recommend!!

Great dinner spot. Prime Rib with Yorkshire Pudding was excellent, it did not need gravy. The quality beef was outstanding on its own. Our waiter Luke was attentive and responsive. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic dining experience all around for our party of 8. The meatloaf dinner is out of this world!! Great drinks on the rooftop! Our server Jenn was fantastic, we expressed that we had a ghost tour reservation, and she assured us we would have enough time to be served and enjoy our meal, which we all did. Highly recommend, and I will return on my next visit to Savannah!

This was my first time at Churchill’s and I went with a group of coworkers. We decided to dine on the rooftop and the atmosphere was amazing along with the weather. The appetizers and main course I ordered were delicious. I got the fried green tomatoes to share and the blackened snapper on top of grits with a yummy cream sauce.

I love this place! I had my bday dinner here & Cassidy was our waitress! She was awesome! So friendly and handled the party of almost 30 alone with no attitude and with elegance and grace. Please please bring back the crab cake dinner I had to get the sliders without the bun. Sweet potato mash is also my favorite!

Awesome meal with awesome service!! Kate was amazing!! She helped us decide on entrees with great appetizer suggestions. I cant visit without having the fried green tomatoes which are the best in town!! Also had the wings and they were so good?? We had the chicken pot pie and English dip which were amazing! We finished with the lava cake!! Amazing meal from start to finish!!
