Had the classic cheesesteak. The steak is good with good mix of seasoning and not too much cheese. Nice bread. But the price is extremely expensive for the portion size. $17+ tip from the food truck is a bit much

Sadly, one of the worst cheesesteaks I’ve ever had. TWENTY DOLLARS LATERRRR, How do you get a cheese steak wrong? I had no onions no peppers. There wasn’t even a choice of mushrooms….. Couldn’t taste ANY cheese and did not have mayo as a condiment option- Mustard, but no mayo. WHOS PUTTING MUSTARD ON THEIR OVERPRICED CHEESESTEAK??? Sorry guys really wanted to like this but do better. Wow, I’m just looking at your menu and apparently if I buy from you on Church Street it’s $11 if I buy from you on food truck Fridays it’s $17. PHILLY WOULD BE ASHAMED.

This place has some of the best cheese steaks in the north east. It may just be a cart, but Sandi provides some deli level food here. I’m always happy to see Sandi cooking cause I know I’ll be getting great service and a great sandwich. 5/5 would recommend, great guy and a great product.

Had a chicken cheesesteak sandwich from their food truck at the Vermont Green FC game last Sunday. Or, I should say, I paid for the sandwich and gagged down as much as I could. The chicken in this was pretty much inedible. It was burnt, in many cases into hard crunchiness – not what you would expect when eating a chicken sandwich. The first couple of times I looked to see if a sliver of bone had snuck in – it can happen with a shredded chicken sandwich. But no. This looked like they had scraped all the burnt, stuck-on pieces from the grill and put them in the sandwich. As another reviewer said, I write this to try to warn you away from the chicken – I wish I had read his review before I ordered mine. This is not to say that their other sandwiches might not be great. In fact, I’m going to the VGFC game tonight and I might try the steak. But I’ll never make the mistake of getting the chicken again.

Church Street Cheesesteaks is hands down the best cheesesteak you will find around town! Sandi is such a joy to visit with too! He’s always smiling and whipping up the best food. Just go, you won’t regret it!

These have been the worst cheesesteak I’ve ever had in my life. It was the absolute worst purchase I ever made at a fair/fourth of July celebration. It ruined my day and my Fourth of July. I will never. ever. financially recover from this purchase. As time goes on my regret of purchasing a chicken cheese sandwich and fries grows more and more. I don’t know what I was thinking and I wish that someone had warned me before I made such a drastic mistake. I hope this review saves someone else like I wish it had for me.

MAN O MAN! Church Street Cheesesteaks has by far some of the most amazing food I have ever had the pleasure of consuming. The service is quick and easy and you’ll have finished your whole cheesesteak before you even walk down the street. Seriously, this is a must have if you’re ever in Burlington

I was fortunate enough to be warmly welcomed by this cheesesteak cart outside my dorm one morning… IN ADDITION TO IT BEING FREE!! Plus, the cheesesteak wasn’t exactly like Philly cheesesteak, but rather, in my opinion, an improvement. Philly cheesesteak is usually really simple while this one felt more elegant in the sense that it wasn’t merely just cheese wiz and steak… I may be biased because free food always tastes better, but I’ve been living off of IDX food for the last two months, so this is really something I cherish.

Eating steaks from Genos and Pats in Philly this place is easily among them as the best cheesesteak spots I’ve been too. The meat and bread is vital to a cheesesteak and they’ve got this down pat. Also the cheese combo they use is perfect, it’s honestly better than whiz. Lastly the people make a food joint the best part. The guy that made my cheesesteak was a cool dude the vibe was right and suits it’s location well! Deff got a return customer!
