Parking garage is right around the corner so convenient : checked!
Decor was beautiful, they had a hard time finding our reservations so it took 2 person but was able to seat us after!
Menu was carefully explained, we chose the silver menu which is about $99 per person!
The meat kept coming constantly which is a good thing, and servers are sweet but they talk a bit fast! My fav was the duck breast, it was cook to perfection!
They also have a sushi bar and dessert. While it was pretty, I did not love most of the items on the sushi bar as the food was a bit dry!
Overall, I would not go again! The esperience was nice to try but I would prefer the food to be a bit better and steaks to be less cooked and more on the medium rare side!
The service was outstanding. Dennis and Marsha were more than accommodating, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The restaurant was very clean, and the amenities are thoughtfully designed, creating a comfortable and upscale atmosphere.
Now the food — 10 out of 10! The portions were generous, and every dish was flavorful and perfectly prepared. This place truly blows Fogo and Chima out of the water — not even comparable.
Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!
Note: parking garage around the corner is closed but a sensor will open the gate when you pull up (first two hours are free).

Came here early this month on a Thursday night to celebrate my gf’s birthday. Would recommend valeting your car ($5) because none of the parking garages around were open and nearby street parking is extremely limited. Had reservations but still had to wait for our table—they seated us in a semi private area where it was a bit more dim lit than the rest of the restaurant. Decor inside the restaurant is gorgeous! Our servers Dennis & Daniel were great—friendly and attentive. We even got a chance to meet one of the owners Danny, who got us a round of drinks to celebrate the birthday girl! The manager also came around to check up on us.
Food was delicious!! However, some things took a long time to come out—(1) our cocktails (Emerald Current & Moscow Mule) took over 25 mins to come out when I saw the bartenders just chilling and chatting it up (2) we put our order in for small plates all at once and the Wagyu Prosciutto Skewer came out 35 mins later than the rest which didn’t make sense since the skewer doesn’t take long to make (3) second round of drinks took a while again, this time we watched our drinks sit on the counter for
almost 10 mins before someone grabbed them to bring over to our table. Aside from all this, we really did enjoy the food & ambiance here—would recommend the Karaage do Brazil, Beef Gyoza, Wagyu Prosciutto Skewer, Bone Marrow Pasta and Wagyu Fried Rice. For desserts, they brought out all three of their desserts for us to try, all pretty good if you like sweets. Birthday girl also got huge sparklers lit to celebrate which was super cool and great for pics—the restaurant gave her a Japanese bowl set as a birthday gift which was amazing, and then they ended up giving the other girls a set too!
The restaurant is fairly new and was still in the soft opening stage so I’m sure things will improve and this place will do well—will have to come back soon to try more food and their Wagyu experience!
The seafood was incredibly fresh, flavors were well balanced, and you can tell a lot of thought went into every detail. It’s the kind of spot where you can enjoy a refined dining experience while still feeling relaxed and comfortable.
I especially appreciated how pleasant it was to sit here during the day — great atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a meal while getting some work done. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and everything arrived at a great pace.
Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys high-quality sushi, creative presentation, and a stylish environment. Will definitely be back.
A huge shout-out to our servers, Janelle and Victor, who were outstanding, warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive without being overbearing. They made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of throughout the entire evening.
I also want to thank Pasha and the other manager whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch for stopping by our table and making sure everything was perfect. That extra level of hospitality really goes a long way. And special thanks to Dani, the owner, for creating such a beautiful concept and experience. It’s clear how much care and intention has gone into every detail.
The atmosphere is vibrant yet intimate, the drinks are fantastic, and the overall vibe makes it a perfect spot for a date night, celebration, or just a great dinner out. Food, service, and ambiance were all top-tier. We will absolutely be back and will be recommending this place to everyone we know!
If you’re someone who loves unlimited A5 Wagyu, this menu is 100% for you. The quality of the meat was outstanding, and by the end of the night, we were extremely full (in the best way).
Huge shoutout to our server Devon—he was fantastic. Super knowledgeable about the menu, attentive throughout the entire meal, and made the experience feel even more special.
One small note: since this is a set, curated menu, it is a long dining experience (over three hours). Also, the uni pasta and bone marrow pasta were very similar in flavor profile—still tasty, but next time we’ll skip one and try the wagyu fried rice instead.
Overall, this place is definitely a must-try, especially for a special occasion. We’ll absolutely be back!
Being Dry January, I kicked things off with the Birds of Paradise cocktail (pineapple, dragon fruit, orange juice, lime, ginger beer, and orange blossom), which was refreshing and well-balanced. The Brazilian Cheese Bread with black sesame, miso, and gochujang butter was a standout–warm, chewy, and packed with flavor.
From there, we tried a wide variety of dishes:
-Ginger Butternut Squash – comforting and nicely spiced
-Miso Lobster Bisque – rich and flavorful, though it would be even better with a lobster meat garnish
-Salmon Skin Salad – light and satisfying
-Lotus Dippers with three sauces – the edamame purée was my favorite
-Half Moon Canoe and Chorizo Canoe – fun, shareable bites
-Karaage Do Brazil – my husband’s favorite bite of the night
-Wagyu Fried Rice – absolutely delicious, though very rich
-Churasuko Beef Gyoza – deep-fried and indulgent
-Lobster Tempura – recommended by the manager and hands down my favorite bite of the evening
Service was another highlight of the night. Bryan was attentive, friendly, and checked in at all the right moments, making sure we were well taken care of throughout the celebration without ever feeling rushed.
Dessert did not disappoint. Both the Citrus Bloom Pudding and Amazon Four Milk Cake were excellent and a perfect way to end the meal.
I’m already planning a return visit to try the Seafood Tower and the Churasuko Experience. That said, it would be great if they offered meats à la carte, since the full experience can be a bit too much meat for one person. I’d also love to see warm creations featuring lamb chops for diners who don’t eat beef.
Overall, a unique Japanese Brazilian fusion with creative dishes, strong flavors, and thoughtful recommendations–definitely worth checking out, especially for a special occasion.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived. Our server, Dennis, was absolutely fantastic. Since it was our first time, he gave us great recommendations and helped us choose the right dishes, which made the experience even better.
The decor was beautiful and distinctive, and the music created a warm, inviting atmosphere – not too loud, not too quiet, just perfect for enjoying time with friends or family. The manager personally greeted us and even gave us a tour of the restaurant, which made us feel especially welcomed.
We were so impressed that we are already considering bringing our clients and customers here in the future.
If it’s your first time visiting, I highly recommend trying The Churasuko Experience – the variety of meats was delicious and cooked perfectly. I also tried the miso soup, and it was unlike any I’ve had before – rich, flavorful, and absolutely delicious.
Overall, an amazing experience, and I highly recommend this restaurant.
The restaurant itself is doing a soft opening. The full restaurant hopes to be open by January. The ambience, decor, and music is phenomenal. Truly gorgeous, two-story restaurant. 1 of 1 on the design.
The food is mouth watering good. We had the experience (12 oz of different types of wagyu), the gyoza, the fried chicken, the lobster tempura, the jasmine tea crumble, and the wagyu fried rice. All of the food was delicious, but our favorite was gyoza and the wagyu experience.
Get your reservations now. This place was packed during the soft opening. We will definitely be coming back in when the full restaurant opens. Looking forward to trying the upstairs all you can eat buffet.
