Food was delicious. Great service. I got the lunch plate and hubby got dim sum. My plate lunch was a pretty big portion which was great. I saved half of it for dinner. The garlic fish was flavorful and egg plate with tofu was delicious. My go to place for manapua.

On Super Bowl day even though super stormy most to all of the staff were there! We ordered Chow Mein because our other order was cancelled at another place, and service was quick! Chow Mein was also fresh and Ono, reccomended for parties!

Chun Wah Kam Ala Moana offers cheap eats but delicious. I love the consistent quality and the generous servings. The service always good.

The chow fun is delicious at this location. I had the mushroom fried rice for the first time and now I’m obsessed, kau yuk with thevattiest pieces that melts in your mouth goodness. The beef broccoli was tough and hard to chew. I had soooo much leftovers which I’m happy for $14.66 tax included! Great deal, affordable and so delicious!

The manapua was just like I remembered. Tasty and delicious. The only thing that got me was, when you order manapua the box is bigger so they make you pay for a reusable bag that’s $2 something. I didn’t mind that, but my manapua didn’t come in a reusable bag that I pad for. It was just the box. The delivery (ChowNow) wasn’t no DoorDash, it took over an hour to deliver something that was already made and a little over a mile away.

This is a place the locals eat for good reason lots of food at a great price away from Waikiki. It’s kind of an Asian plate lunch cafeteria style the chow fun and garlic fish were outstanding.
On our way out I bought char Su rolls (Chinese roast pork buns) they are the best I have eaten.
This place is a great choice, bring your appetite.

As the holidays approach, there are always potluck-style office parties, and it can be hard to figure out what to bring. Chun Wah Kam makes that decision easy with their catering options.

For my most recent gathering, I ordered the Char Siu fried rice and manapua, and both were a huge hit. The fried rice was flavorful and satisfying, and the manapua were soft, fresh, and disappeared quickly. I was having such a good time at the party that I completely forgot to take photos of the food—but that alone says a lot about how much everyone enjoyed it.

I’ll definitely be ordering from them again for our next gathering.

We went a little after lunch time and the Manapua choices were few and far between. However I was able to try both the steamed and baked Char Siu and both were delicious. Steamed was pillow stuffed although I did feel that the filling was a small portion. Baked was light and had more filling. We also ordered a plate lunch and wow they pack it with soooo much food! Definitely could share it with 2 people. They had lots of entree choices too.

They had lots of seating in the dining area unfortunately several tables were empty but not clean.

Very large facility, ample space, and great set up. Although their dine in, and restrooms ate currently closed. They still are fully staffed with enough ppl to help each customer. Their staff is so friendly, kind and helpful. They were so quick to acknowledge us and get our order in the works. The variety of their selection was good and fresh!
Definitely a place we’ll come back to!

I pre ordered Manapua online to be picked up this morning. I ordered 2 dozen which should be 6 baked and 6 steamed in a box. When the girl checked my order and brought my order she gave me one dozen instead. When I told her it was 2 dozen or 1/2 & 1/2 in each she gave me a funny look and had to look it up to verify that I did order 2 dozen. The thing is I left a 20% tip when placing the order and yes she did apologize, but really? You can’t be making that kind of a mistake, yes my bad for leaving a 20% tip but come on, pay attention and serve your customers by doing it right the first time.
