My family and I dined in on 10/05 celebrating my grandson’s birthday, our server was Vonna and when I tell you she went above and beyond for us would be an understatement. Vonna made us feel welcome, she introduced herself to us and said she will be our server, before we sat down good, she were putting water and glasses at our table, she then asked if she can get us anything to drink and start any appetizers for us. She was very professional, kind & attentive to our needs. I will be asking for her on our next visit. Thank you !

I bought the app with 5 different things it was really not worth 25 dollars. The waitress are prompt but its the back that kills the timing. Then the waitress seem to be over booked for each section. Because they come right away the 1st time but its not so easy to get them a second time or 3rd. If you need something to drink you’re better off going to the bar yourself. The place is nice though. And the TVs are very well placed. Downstairs is where its at the big screen is clear as day. Nice! However just eat before you come, may be a better experience for you. The atmosphere was pleasant enough.

Chug A Lug was a great place for lunch as my daughter and I enjoyed such. It was a Tri level. Which doesn’t seem that big on the outside and also a rooftop. The menu had plenty of options from chicken, burgers, chops and pastas. The drink menu was pretty decent.
We order the tomahawk chop which came with mashed and green beans, and I order an extra side which was Mac and cheese. And kid had the plain wings with fries. We both enjoyed our food. The chop was huge and I can barely finish it! Also ordered a drink called the grand cognac it was pretty decent.
Our server named was Tanaya. She was great! Made personal suggestions of her faves and took great care of us. Keep my cup filled and plenty napkins. Haha! Seemed small but even the smallest things makes a difference.
The place seemed hip and very known. They had regulars they came and left and it was just a nice little vibe. Music was perfect and not much of a crowd that early during the day which I often enjoy the most.

I’ve been here a few times. The service and food is always superb. My favorites are the nachos, wings, and the crawfish and shrimp dip. I’m an appetizer girl. The service is always great but Enijah and Laura stand out in particular. They went above and beyond for me at different times and different occasions and both did not want to accept a tip. The atmosphere and music is great. I will always be back.

We got here right before the crowds which means we got to experience both sides. Service was VERY slow upstairs. I think they only had one server and it took about 20 minutes for anyone to come to our table. However, the food came out quickly and was pretty good. We got a lot of food to try a bit of everything.
After our meal, my husband and I went downstairs and service was a bit faster at the bar. However, it quickly got crowded and even though the vibe was awesome, the spacing made things a bit too close.

I’d give the food about 3.5 stars. It wasn’t quite as good as it used to be, but it was still decent.
The service, however, was a full 5 stars. Our server, Eni, was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly attentive to our family’s needs, especially our son’s food allergies, which made us feel very comfortable and cared for.
It was also my husband’s birthday, and although he didn’t want a big fuss, Eni found a thoughtful way to make it feel special anyway—which we truly appreciated. That kind of attention and kindness makes a huge difference.

Best wings I’ve ever had!! Along with greattt pizza. A great vibe w friends. I got the Greek lamb chops dish w Mac & mash potatoes and it wasn’t the best I wouldn’t get it again it was like a 4/10 stars. Pizza 10/10 , wings 1000/10 , the waffle sandwich my man got was great too like a 8/10.

I made a reservation here for my birthday on a Sunday. Once I arrived I was informed that the lower level is not opened on Sundays which is why I booked, for the bowling, pool etc.
The food was just ok. Our server was just ok very slow. The bartender was slow. They need to invest in some windows shades as the sun was beaming in directly in our face. The ladies room didn’t have any paper towels and the hand dryer didn’t work. I thought he service would have been better during a less busy time, but unfortunately not. I was not impressed to say the least.
