Really weird place. Buddies and I wanted Mexican food so decided to go to a place called La Taqueria, only to arrive and it was called Chuckwagon BBQ. Located in a run down strip mall. It definitely doesn’t look appealing from the outside but when you walk in it’s a cool vibe. Wasn’t crowded, seemed to just be popular with the locals. According to the host, it’s two places merged together and serves Tex-Mex cuisine. Our waiter was attentive and food came out quickly. It was surprisingly good and we all had a great meal, except for one of our buddies who found hair in his food. They gave him the meal free of charge. I read a lot of bad reviews about this place regarding the barbecue, but our Mexican food was good. I had the carne street tacos and it was phenomenal. Their salsa is homemade and delicious. Would I come back? If I ever had reason to be in Duncan, then yes. But that might not ever happen.

Service was slow but friendly, wasn’t very busy, drinks were not put in proper glassware,(even after I specifically asked) food was great and priced accordingly, lots on the menu(maybe to much), food is in HUGE portions like you can share, Could use some attention in the cleanliness department

In My opinion, they have the best ribeye around here and the price is right too. They also have amazing ribs and chicken fry, oh, and the Mac and cheese is their own recipe and absolutely wonderful!

Good place to eat a mix of foods, the fried shrimp is delicious old school cooking. The Ribeye steak is delicious, the BBQ is also delicious

Food was good service was mediocre at best. // the last time we went in there it was horrible. Idk what happened, I am the weird well done, extra crispy type of person… pink in the burger and bacon still oinking at me is not well done…. anyways don’t know of we’ll make it back after this one….

I got queso enchiladas here with my dad and they were very good!! Omg they make a good margarita also . I recommend trying them out as they have a little bit of everything here. My youngest she’s 7 got a pizza and liked it

From the name you would think BBQ but it’s a Mexican restaurant that sells some bbq. All of the food was very wet and nearly flavorless. The staff didn’t seem to want their tables thus leaving people unattended for long periods of time. Very odd experience over all.
