Seasoning! There was none on most of the food. Mashed potatoes was bland. Snow crab legs was boiled with salt tho was way too soft. The bacon Mac & cheese needed cheese and seasoning (taking it home to redo it) the cod was ok, yes just ok

Been here a few times . Last time I ordered the fillet medallions and shrimp, which they call surf and turf…. That was very good $39 Decided today to get the special This time this is supposed to be braised fillet with onions and mushrooms and mashed potatoes…. Mashed potatoes were cold. I did see a few mushrooms, and I struggle to find the meat, where is the beef came to mind now I’m dating myself. The service I have to say was ridiculous. Took us 24 minutes to get our drinks . Thank goodness another waiter decided that he was gonna be very helpful and got my friend another drink before happy hour was over. He was very helpful.
I don’t understand calling that special because I would think it would be something good to order because it was a special ….it was special no meat special, I’m sorry there might’ve been three pieces. I didn’t eat it. I don’t like cold food so I gave it to my friend to take home..
I’ll probably stick to paying the extra five bucks for a very good meal versus getting their special again.

Oh man I have to say if you want dinner and a show, you definitely need to head over to Chuck’s! The atmosphere is great, wait staff friendly and man was their front of house management hilarious! Shout out to great food, staff that makes you feel like you’re part of the neighborhood, and a good time. Even with a wedding reception about to load in they found room for walk in parties and offered fast service with a smile! The salad bar was very nice, the burger excellent and fries delightfully crispy!

Very disappointing in terms of food taste and quality. Went here for a coworker’s retirement party. We were all packed into this tiny party room where barely anyone could fit into a table. We got our drinks fairly quickly. It took an hr for us to be allowed in the salad bar. I ate a small amount so not to be spoiled.
When it came time for our meals it was a weird buffet style meal. The “fillet mignon”, onions and mushrooms were just regular beef. Juicy meat but some of us were expecting a big piece of meat to cut. The tongs were like those old school hand resistance training thingies. The pasta hardly had any taste, the best thing was the chicken parm and mashed potatoes.
The servers were okay. But they were spilling drinks around the tables. It was very cold and uncomfortable inside from people opening the door. They could have closed the door to our party room so it wouldnt get so drafty.
I would’ve liked ice cream instead of Costco cake for dessert. It was also full of drunk people shouting all evening.
But what was more important was saying goodbye to a very kind colleague. It’s unfortunate that the food wasn’t so memorable.

This was my first time at Chuck’s. Loved the salad bar! Thank you for still having one. So many restaurants have done away with them. The food was very good! Steaks were delicious. I was a little taken aback when the sides were al la carte. With the price your paying for a steak, they really could include a baked potato. But otherwise a very good night out for dinner.

Although the menu options have slimmed down significantly since the new ownership (still miss the sliders and truffle fries), the drinks and food that we ordered were very delicious. The salad bar is still as amazing as it was previously, and the staff were very friendly. Overall going to Chucks was a nice experience, and we will most likely return in the near future.

We ended up here kinda randomly, but this place was PHENOMENAL. This place reminds me of a classic old scool steakhouse and Everything was excellent. Service was top notch. Food was hot, cooked right, came out quick. They had an awesome salad bar, that was included with our entrees, that had Everything I wanted. Surf and turf was 10/10. Burger was one of the best my friend had. Regular fries and sweet potato fries were excellent. Mac n cheese was great. I had a wonderful time here. Prices were very fair. Would come back for sure!

Went on Valentine’s Day and a few time before then and recently the food has not been up to the same quality as before they move to chucks location . I usually get the shrimp scampi and the shrimp has been over cooked every time. I got the surf and turn for Valentine’s Day and again it was over cooked and the mashed potatoes we dry and gritty. Tastes like it came out of a box. I ordered a glass of wine (white) and the wine glass was still dirty and stained from red wine. The only good part of the meal was the steak.

One of a kind place, best salad bar anywhere. Quietly upscale yet comfortable. A couple of fireplaces, fish tank, party rooms, charm and coziness all over. Very friendly wait staff and hosts. Chicken Milanese very attractive and yummy.
