THE BEST BUFFALO WINGS. My family have been coming here for almost 20 years and we love it so much. When I think of buffalo wings, I think of Chuck’s sauce. They are a classic, tried and true, practiced to perfection. 10/10, 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, absolutely amazing. I recommend Chuck’s to all my friends, and anyone reading this review on google.

These are absolutely the best Buffalo wings! I’ve been coming to Chuck’s since the 80’s. Although ownership has changed over the years, the recipe has been consistently awesome. The quality and taste is top notch. The current owners of Chuck’s are wonderful and hard working people and best of all, they keep making awesome wings! A great spot to grab lunch or dinner, and if wings aren’t your thing, there are lots and lots of other options, but honestly try the wings!

My first buffalo wings were at Chuck’s in mid 1980’s. I’ve been coming here every 5-8 years and seems the quality of their wings (how it’s prepared) has suffered. The original wings were crispy and sauce more tangy/vinegary and slightly less oily than as currently prepared. Guess the recipe changed as ownership changed over the years…PLEASE GET BACK TO THE ORIGINAL RECIPE! Chuck’s Spring Street Cafe == Buffalo Wings

This is a must in Princeton, the wings are very good and I love the wing and rib combo easily enough for 2 people, the wings are$$ because of the wing shortage but still very good, they still have the classic signage if the days gone there, it’s like your back in time there which gives you the feel of Princeton! This is a landmark and great history in Princeton!

Been coming here for wings for 10 years. There’s something about the sauce that they use that make the wings so addicting. It’s a vinegar-like hot sauce like generic Frank’s red hot, but tastes much better. The wings themselves are a bit smaller than others, but you can order a lot for a relatively cheap price. Usually spend around $15 a person here. The other items like ribs and cheese fries are also good, but the wings are definitely the standout.

Chuck’s is an institution in Princeton with arguably the best wings that I’ve ever had. They’re consistently good and the sizing is perfect. In my last visit I had the wing and rib combo and while the winds were perfect as usual the ribs were below average. I would stick with the wings here.

Awesome little shop with fantastic wings. Buddy and I were on a wing crawl, trying them at several places around and Chucks won, in our opinion. Other items looked excellent as well. Dining room is simple with no frills and probably a good majority of their business is takeout. The bummer about this spot is they don’t serve beer, but NJ liquor licensing for restaurants is stifling anyway. Staff seems efficient and friendly.
