It was a wonderful first dining here. Michael (waiter), was phenomenal! Everyone greeting at entrance were pleasant. Food: AMAZING! Entrées: sautéed red snapper & bronzed (blackened), grouper. The tuna poke nachos is a must try. Overall, everything was wonderful!

My friend and I visited to celebrate a special occasion, and from the moment we arrived, the service was warm and prompt. The cozy, demure atmosphere set the tone for a great evening. I ordered the stuffed shrimp—10/10—and he gave his sushi the same rating. The Chucks Fish postcard at the end was a charming touch. Excellent food, service, and story. Highly recommend!

I’d give this place six stars if I could. The atmosphere is upscale. Dark woods, dim lights, sofa tables, and a comfortable bar, which is where we sat. The staff at the bar was excellent and attentive. They made a top-notch old fashioned but there were plenty of craft cocktails on the menu as well. The fresh fish was masterfully prepared as was the gumbo which I was told was made with extra love. The white chocolate bread pudding topped off a great evening. You won’t be let down on this choice of eateries in the area. If you have just one night to spend, this is where you go.

Closing out my 29th birthday weekend at Chuck’s Fish was the perfect choice. Our server, Lauren, was absolutely amazing. So sweet, attentive, and accommodating. She handled our party of 8 that unexpectedly turned into 9 with no issues at all.
My friends and I love Chuck’s Fish and eat here often, and the food was incredible as always. Also really appreciated how easy it was to book a larger party in advance through Resy such a convenient option. Consistently great service, great atmosphere, and amazing food. A perfect ending to a great birthday weekend!

Great experience with the family all the way around. Get their Panéed Chicken entree. The chicken was delicious with their mashed potatoes and green beans that come with it. As an appetizer, get their donkey rolls with crack. All of the food was amazing, and so was their Guava Brownie we tried as a dessert, since we got it for a person who had a birthday today. Great atmosphere and music as well. Shawn, our waitress, was also a great and chill guy. Highly recommend a family dinner here, especially for birthdays.

This restaurant is a haven for sushi aficionados, offering an array of fresh and expertly prepared dishes. The quality is consistently high, and the atmosphere is equally impressive with their new expansion. The staff provides exemplary service, and the handcrafted cocktails are great. I was recently introduced to fish throats, specifically “red snapper”, however, they were out (popular menu item), but opted for amberjack throats, thanks to “TUN”; which were remarkably fresh, delicate, and meaty. The donkey on crack sushi roll is delicious and the pork dumplings with spicy dipping sauce are a true delight.

Have eaten at Chuck’s many times but don’t know what’s happened to the food. Had stuffed shrimp which was overcooked, tough and very strong smelling. Several of us at our table had the same dish and the consensus was the same. Had always loved their white chocolate bread pudding but tonight was a huge disappointment. First the serving was very scant and much smaller than had previously. Secondly it was burned. And third, it simply was not good. Not like we had had previously; which we raved about! It will be a while before will try Chuck’s again. Our server was Lauren and she was attentive and very personable.

Stopped in on Thanksgiving and they were offering free Thanksgiving meals to anyone who came in. It was amazing that they did that for the community. Super impressed. Emilee waited on us and she was really nice, had an amazing conversation with Tori at the bar. Ben was the MVP of the day . Overall, highly recommend. 10/10. We’ll be back whenever we’re in town.
