Had a wonderful time here when working at a summer camp. The kids loved it! They offer a wide variety of games and things to do for kids of all ages. The place is clean and tidy, and staff are amazing! They make sure that all the kids are safe and have a great time. And, to top it all off, they brought Chuck E. Cheese himself to show to the kids and they were so happy!

Took my child with autism here with my brother. We were treated differently and it was so obvious… place was packed but it’s definitely not the reason why I give this place a star. My daughter had so much fun but staff team was bad. The girl literally ignored me struggling with my daughter on line and gave attention to a guy w his kids when they JUST came in line. She looked at me multiple times and acknowledged I was there waiting. Lol.

I took my grandson to Chuck E. Cheese in North Bergen, New Jersey. The place was clean, including the bathrooms. However, I was unhappy because the air conditioning was down, and despite having some cooling system, the place was still hot. Some playing machines were temporarily out of order, and I had a disagreement with the staff when she accused my grandson of playing a game he didn’t. It was frustrating as I paid my money and felt like she acted as if it was her own money. I used to bring my kids here when they were little, but things have changed, and it’s not the same anymore. I came a long way, and I don’t plan on returning to this Chuck E. Cheese. Regrettably, not all of the staff was nice. It would be beneficial if they could learn to smile and avoid having attitude with their customers.

We held our preschool graduation today; it was wonderful. Eric (manager) has the place run smoothly. It is clean, the food delicious and the staff courteous. I was never a fan of chuck E. Cheese. Eric definitely changed that. Thank you, we will be coming back!!

We love this location. Eric the manager is truly a gem. You can tell he takes pride of this location. All of the staff are very nice and attentive. Eric greets everyone and smiles. We had a birthday party and it all went through so smoothly. This location is by far one of the best. Thank you Eric and staff!!!
