Ordered a Deluxe Salad and picked it up. Back at the office I discovered it had no meat. I called and asked if it should, the lady said yes, took my name and number and said they would make it right.
The next day I called to get a correct one. The lady that answered said I could get the meat free, but would have to pay for the vegetables.
Wow. A wasted trip and not the food I ordered. Now I need to drive back and pay for their mistake? Passing on chubbys and their mediocre service going forward.

5 stars for sure!! Yep your going to wait at peak times but it’s worth it. This place is managed well and let me tell ya these ladies are working nonstop to get these orders done. So much to choose from, and everything I’ve ordered has been amazing. If your in a hurry and want subpar food, go somewhere else. If you want quality food, come by Chubbys. You won’t be disappointed unless your in a hurry. I review a lot of restaurants and this one is 5 stars. I highly recommend this place for sure. Good job Chubbys Conover. We will definitely be back.

The food was okay but didn’t taste like home cooking. My husband said my food looked like a frozen TV dinner.
The staff was very friendly. It was busy, but they appeared to be attentive to each customer. The atmosphere was not bad. However, I didn’t like seeing paper plates in the ladies’ restroom. They were wrapped in plastic but still something I wouldn’t recommend doing.

Was pretty good sub for price hint a Italian sub is toasted (wasn’t used to that seeings I’m from up north and usually served cold lol) so cheese is melted. 1 out 0f 10 for taste and bun freshness I give a 6 could used a bit more meat. But other than that it was very good. People behind counter are very friendly also ready to help you.
