Food was great but you could tell that it was clogging your arteries. But I guess that’s what good food does. The portions were definitely humongous. I thought I was getting a side of tots but it was an entire plate. Ended up throwing 3/4 of it away. The loaded hot dogs was amazing. Service was great. Staff was friendly. Not much more you can ask for.

I came across this place while searching for a good place to stop after hitting the Tail of the Dragon, and as soon as I saw the name, I knew we had to check it out.
Now granted, this is a food truck and a catering service, but to me, food trucks are one of the number one best places to get good grub for cheap, along with hole-in-the-wall joints.
Well, these ladies did not disappoint.
To start with, I’d never had fried banana peppers on a hot dog before. That was something totally new, interesting, and absolutely wonderful.
Talerider said the burger was pretty damn good.
But I’ll tell you what, those Fried Green Tomatoes were the best that I have had in years, and that’s one of my favorite side dishes. Not only were they fried to a crisp, they were still juicy inside and extremely flavorful, not bland, not pasty. They were perfectly done, Fried Green Tomatoes.

Oh, what a good lunch at Chubby Chicks?!?! This is our first time visiting Robbinsville NC and was looking for something quick to eat. After reviewing the spots to eat, we decided to eat here. A cute little blue food truck with two ladies who were excited to take our order. My husband ordered the walking taco that was packed and filling. I went with the chicken tender, fries, and homemade honey mustard dipping sauce. Yummy! The ladies also recommended the cheesecake bites topped with your likings. I must stay everything was tasty, and I loved the service. She brought our food to our car since it was raining

Absolutely adore this food truck, I’ve been in town for three weeks & when I’m too tired to cook at camp I run up there! Perfect location. Amazing southern foods. The fruit cup dessert after a hike saved my life twice Menu changes a bit every day – taco tuesday the owner made me one of the best tacos I ever had. Give it a try, you won’t regret it!

So glad we found them! Food was so good and the ladies were so sweet!! It’s a food truck but there’s picnic tables if you want to eat there. We took ours to go! We ordered cheese steak fried mushrooms chicken tender plate with onion rings and the funnel cake fries which were amazing!!

Best fried green tomatoes ive ever had. Fish was flaky and buttery, tator tots were VERY well seasoned. I came back twice while camping. Dont miss this spot.

Do not skip this spot! My boyfriend and I stopped by here when we were renting a cabin outside of town. This was the meal we talked about the most. Really good portions and perfectly fried food! This is a one of a kind food spot. Do not miss out! Everyone was very kind to us and food was prepared quickly, and we got quite a bit!

definitely don’t sleep on this place!! it’s a little food trailer but they know what they’re doing!!
we got the chicken bacon wrap and it was delicious; the tomatoes were super red, flavorful, and juicy and the bacon was nice n thick. the chicken in it was not breaded, small pieces of it in there, but super duper flavorful. loved it! also pretty refreshing to see a side of tots for $3 instead of $5-6 like some places!!
also, as an extreme lover of honey mustard, they must have some of the best I’ve ever had! seemed homemade, definitely delicious. they also brought out some of their “chubby sauce” for us to try with their (delicious) tater tots, I think it was mayo/ketchup maybe, pretty decent but I’m a fiend for honey mustard lol.
while the only seating is outdoor, the trailer is under a metal tent with fans mounted to it, facing the tables, so it makes for a very refreshing place to sit on these hot and humid summer days!!
