We had a wonderful lunch today at ChuanDe Chinese BBQ. The Supreme Meal was fluffy tasty White Rice with Peas, Carrots, Scrambled Egg pieces, and beautifully cooked Broccoli. Tasty Shrimp, Chicken, and delicious Beef was on top of the rice. The BBQ Chicken Skewers were cooked to order and served with a side of Hoisin Sauce. The food was outstanding and the price for a dozen skewers was very affordable. I’ll definitely be back to try the Lamb Skewers and explore the rest of the menu.

Amazing! We asked if he could not use the peanut oil because I am allergic to peanuts. The skewers, were perfectly cooked, they tasted amazing, and their rice was good too. Probably one of my favorite food trucks ever. I totally recommend this!

Conveniently located food truck with tasty snacks! The skewers were freshly prepared and were exceptionally seasoned! We tried the lambs, sausages, and fish balls/cubes. The lamb was our favorite but everything else was also super delicious.
The owner was super friendly and helpful, we already can’t go back. If you’re in the chambers and 7th area, do yourself a favor and stop here. It’s delicious!

Great quick and friendly service. Loved the dry bean curd and mushroom skewers. Will have to go back for the cucumber salad. Lacking in vegetarian options but great otherwise!

We stopped at this place while attending US Olympic Track and Field Trials. According to my research this is the only Chinese B.B.Q. place in Eugene. It was delicious and the owners were very kind and pleasant. Chicken Crispy Bones were our favorite. We reordered a few times and bought a lot to go for the rest of our trip as well. Highly recommend if you like Chinese BBQ or are interested in exploring it:)
