Ordered the taco bowl and it was pretty easy to order. The employee helps put together the bowl for you and you choose your protein and sauces. The bowl tasted good but they put very little of the protein I chose and it was also cut very small so it looked like more but it actually wasn’t. I also added guacamole on the side for an extra $2 but they gave me tiny scoop which was not worth for that price. I went to another location and they gave much more meat and guacamole there, so that was disappointing. Overall, I still think the taco bowls here are very good but it is a shame that their portion is a bit sad. A lot of rice and veggies but very little meat and add on.

If i could choose 0 stars, I would. The food was mediocre at best. Service was very slow, even at 10 am. The worst part was the Cockroach in the kitchen. Where there is one, there are more. I will never go back. I want a refund. Thanks for the no response Cronic Tacos. Well played, very professional.

First time here. I just wanted a quick bite to eat before work so I ordered 3 carne asada tacos.
Staff was super friendly and welcoming.
Music wasn’t too loud and the place was super clean. I felt relaxed eating there and the tacos hit the spot. Will be back again.

Idk why the rating is low. I’ve been to this place many times and it’s delicious. The employees are super friendly, the portions are huge, and it’s less expensive than chipotle. Tasty vegetarian options too

Good flavor, but the portion size had me checking the bowl for hidden compartments. Two tiny scoops of protein for $15 is wild. Delicious, but way too petite.

This new taco spot has authentic tacos in a fast-casual atmosphere. I ordered the Taco Plate which came with two tacos plus rice and beans and it was delicious! The tacos were spot on akin to a street taco stand. All the staff were polite and there is a free parking structure next to the restaurant.

The mahi mahi tacos were delicious, and chicken tacos were solid. Also, the restaurant was spotless, which is always a good sign that the employees put time and effort into everything they’re doing. I’ll be back next time to refuel after the gym. Lastly, Chronic Tacos is much better than that other establishment that starts with a CH.

This place practically feels like my own kitchen, I come here so often for dinner. The food is so good! Sierra is always so helpful and so is everyone else.

I’m a fan of build your own type of restaurants so glad a new taco spot opened up in Pasadena. Since this was a post workout meal I opted to get the bowl-rito to-go. Just like other build your own fast casual spots you pick what type of meal you want. They have a variety of things from taco plates all the way to a 9″ “small burrito” if you aren’t that hangry. There is wide selection of proteins to suit any taste and dietary needs. What’s unique is that they have some signature styles to top off your meal or you can choose your own toppings you want. If you don’t want to hassle with building your own meal then you can choose from a list of featured selections under “more good stuff”. Your able to upgrade your meal to add chips, salsa, and a drink or order those items a la carte. Breakfast is served all day here and they have a kids menu. Sometimes you need a sweet ending to a great meal and here they offer churro bites with carmel dip.
Despite ordering for takeout, the service at Chronic Tacos was outstanding. The staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient, ensuring that my order was prepared promptly and accurately. They maintained their high level of attentiveness, providing excellent customer service even for to-go orders.
If you’re looking for a Mexican cuisine spot that offers customizable options and great service, Chronic Tacos in Pasadena is a must-visit, whether you dine in or order for takeout. Their delicious food and attentive staff make for an enjoyable experience that will leave you satisfied.

2 tiny shrimps in the taco? You’ve gotta be kidding me. There was more onion on this than protein, and the double tortilla made it even worse. Never had a restaurant skimp out this much. Wish I could get my money back for this weak excuse for the shrimp taco, which of course, they upcharge you for.
