Great ethnic restaurant and lounge. Perfect low-lit atmosphere is perfect for a cozy night for 2 or a larger group. Not super loud, so you can have a conversation. Behind the bar you will frequently find the owners. They treat visitors like friends; it’s like you walked into Cheers.
Since the owner is Greek, the menu is speckled with typical bar foods but also ethnic dishes that are to die for. Their gyros must be the star of the menu. The meat is perfectly seasoned, you almost don’t need tzatziki sauce. Packed with meat and LTO, and fries and packed in the pita as well. Not sure how they season them, but the fries taste awesome.
And, if you fancy a good whiskey, attached and next door they have a very well-stocked and diverse whiskey bar.
When in LaCrosse, definitely worth stopping in. I love this place!

This place is lovely and the cocktail list is interesting and adventurous. The bartenders were knowledgeable and friendly. I hope they get the food service situation worked out. Will definitely be back.

This is probably the most authentic Greek joint this side of Chicago’s Greek town neighborhood. Plus one of the largest liquor selections in lax. Also the interior has been very well designed, would be a great spot for dates.

Robbi was phenomenal, sharing the happy hour specials and pouring hefty glasses of Resiling. The Parmesan encrusted fries were to die for, craving more and more until I was scraping the bottom of the bowl. Ask for ranch for an extra special take to the fries. But Robbi, ask which drink you should do and she’ll whip up the perfect concoction for you. You won’t regret your visit at Christos! But definitely get the fries.
