The cheesesteak omelet was pretty dang good. But the lady working there was the best part, very friendly, very funny and very efficient. She handled all the tables by herself very well.

The fried pickles were really good as well as the Philly cheese steaks. I think the homemade melted queso on the sandwich was awesome, but was very salty. Fries were crispy and the tenders were very good. Large portions! Definitely recommend and the server was very nice!

Christina at The Malt House at CVG airport is a total rockstar! Despite the full bar and a busy shift, she handled everything effortlessly and with such a great attitude. Her service was quick, friendly, and spot-on. She made my experience so enjoyable, and I truly appreciated her professionalism. If you’re at CVG, definitely stop by and enjoy the awesome service she provides!

Nicole was the worst. Came in to order a drink and leave and she kept reminding me how they were closing in 5 mins. I said got it. I understand. She then mentioned how her manager had to come in at 3am so she really needed to leave and close down. She was super sweet to the other patron who was sitting at the bar however. I even told her how rude she was. Nicole. Nicole. Nicole. Do better or find another gig. I get it. You close you in 5 mins.

This was the worst place in the airport. It took 20 mins to get a server. Nicole was very rude, it’s evident that she needs help. She started singing patience is a virtue and started yelling that we need to wait. This is an airport not a casual bar, some of us just want a quick drink before our flight. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SITTING AT THE BAR. You won’t get service for at least 20-30 minutes. One last thing. My fries were cold.
I usually Fly Delta but I had to fly Allegiant because that was the only flight that could get me to my destination today. Worst decision ever since I came thinking I could eat. Next time I’ll go across the way to Braxton Brewing.

The plate stayed at the counter for 20 mins. I cannot rank the best burger I have had, but this was the WORST. The burger was semi-cold, the cheese was solid, and there was no sauce or flavor whatsoever (I added the yellow mustard and ketchup on top, but unfortunately didn’t make it better). I requested no onion but got the raw onions hidden under the lettuce. Fries were store-bought, that’s fine, but even store-bought fries can be crispy, not soggy and oily like this. I wish I stayed hungry instead of wasting 17 dollars on a terrible burger.

Sitting at the restaurant at this moment, it took half an hour to get a small plate of fries. When we checked with the waitress, she said they were working on it. The only waitress was rude and condescending saying that neither her nor the bartender knew how to make any of the drinks. The poor service is unacceptable. Do better Malt House Tap room. Cincinnati Airport.

We were greeted right away and given help on what beers were local (that is important to us). We ordered the chicken club and ceasar salad. The chicken sandwich was amazing. Marinated perfectly, and grilled perfectly. The bbq sauce was just the right flavor (kc masterpiece style). Tue salad had some great dressing too! Would give it 2 thumbs up!

It’s your standard airport brew pub. Diversity of beers with a German style focus. Beers themselves are ok, but not great. Food is average. 20 oz beers run $10. They also offer flights and individual tasters.
