Holy JACKPOT!
Lvg back to Orlando mid day, wanted something unique to St. Louis and the great reviews on this place did not disappoint!
Sat at the bar and immediately saw plates of food that was like out of a commercial! I cld see the kitchen team laying the smack down with a system that is on point every step of the way!
I asked for a special order of a biscuit, chicken fried chicken, two eggs over medium and gravy with a side of grits. Wifey did the corn beef hash. I can’t stand when food comes flying out and this was well worth the reasonable wait! The prices are also super fair! I took pics of a couple other plates cmg out of the kitchen!
Get after this place…also helped to get here early, it’s popular for a reason peeps!
Staff made the magic happen treating us like fam!

Chris’ at the Docket is one of my favorite places to get breakfast.
The eggs benedict was cooked exactly as I asked and the Irish coffee was fabulous. The servers are always quick for refills and remember you if you’ve been in before. A great place for a Sunday morning breakfast.

Love the food… but like most breakfast places, they refuse to cook the hashbrowns well done. Plenty of mimosa choices by the glass or in a carafe. Their bowls, wraps or omelets are amazing and come with your choice of fresh fruit or hash browns and toast or pancakes. Plenty of food for the hungriest customers. We had to wait a couple of times to keep our water glasses refilled but for the most part, the service is very good. It’s downtown, so the occasional homeless person can be seen or talked to when entering the restaurant. Also, depending on your stomach, you might not want a window seat because of the vagrants. Just wanted to be up front about this. At no time did I feel unsafe or in any danger while walking to and from the establishment, since it is right next to the courthouse.

Chris’ @ The Docket did not come to play — everything was so good! I got the Cali Benedict and it was delicious, like the kind of breakfast that makes you stop mid-bite and just appreciate life for a second. I also had two cocktails (no regrets) and they were both amazing.
The whole place has such a comfy, chill vibe — perfect for a slow morning, a brunch date, or literally just treating yourself. The staff was sweet, the service was smooth, and I felt totally relaxed the whole time.
Absolutely coming back. If you’re debating trying it… just go. You’ll thank yourself later

We visit St Louis in February each year for a work function and have never missed mimosas and breakfast here. Really nice and clean spot with a very unique and interesting menu and large portions. Staff always seems upbeat and happy to be there. Fantastic establishment.

Amazing. The chicken fried chicken was seasoned to perfection, didn’t need anything else, but it was served with gravy that turned out to be turkey sausage gravy, not the usual pork. Great for those like me who don’t eat pork.
The service was super. From the time i entered to my waitress Amy, the busser and the Mgr that happened by my table, everybody was pleasant and helpful. It was great being around happy people in this city.
I’ll definitely be back!

We enjoyed breakfast here while staying downtown. They quoted us 45 minutes for a table of 4. They had us seated in 20ish minutes. The food was delicious and you got more than a normal belly should have and was incredibly affordable. My husband ordered the ham and it was bigger than his head. I ordered the breakfast plate with eggs, hash browns, bacon, and pancakes. We will absolutely dine here again next time we are in town.

Solid choice for breakfast. My wife, daughter, and I enjoyed our breakfast here. It was delicious regular breakfast food, which is what we like. Some restaurants try to “fancy up” everything and ruin it for me. The omlett I had was good, and so was my wife’s French toast. My daughter isn’t a fan of breakfast food, so she got the chicken fingers, which she enjoyed. The staff was friendly and attentive.
