What a great spot for lunch! We got the junkyard hamburger and the open faced chicken artichoke spinach sandwich. Both were good. My husband thought the crinkle fries were very good and the chicken sandwich was amazing. And don’t skip dessert. We tried several cookies and the lemon blueberry scones. The sweets were so good we made a stop on our way home to pick up more!

Breakfast was amazing, I’d certainly would eat here again if im in the area. Eggs cooked the way they were ordered, bread tasted as if it was made fresh. Our waitress was so friendly and very good.

OMG wow! Four of us had the chicken dinner special and couldn’t believe how much food we got for the price. I got the white meat dinner, with broccoli salad and sweet potato fries (pictured – the chicken breast is torn open, it was BIG and I wanted it to cool off.)

Also had cherry pie and ice cream for dessert – again, big servings, the crust on the pie was delicious.

Worth a trip to eat here. We’ll be back!

Dined in for lunch on my way through town. Menu looked great! Lots of different stuff to try. I had the Spinach Chicken Quesadilla. It was great for the most part. The flavor was spot on it had some super hard pieces of chicken in it though but just pulled them out and ate around them. The feta and mozzarella was a perfect mix for that perfectly toasted quesadilla! The people were super nice and had that small town Kansas hospitality down pat. There is also a huge hot wheels collection in there that is fun to check out! Looks like a great breakfast spot as well!

Food doesn’t have to be fancy to be delicious. This is one of those diners that just serves high-quality product that you can tell the owner put an effort into. Enjoy just about anything on the menu and make sure you save room for dessert.

Wonderful food, great service, and the perfect example of a welcoming, personable small town diner. My wife and I just moved to town and this is is our go to Saturday morning eatery in town.
