Not even joking. There is no way the reviews are real. I’m a Chinese/Japanese food lover. Specifically Americanized lol General tso which was not to appealing at all. The fried rice, not all that good and was very different than fried rice I usually have and not in a good way. While eating the food, I just wasn’t getting where all the spectacular reviews came from. But, this is an opinion. I got the General Tso chicken with fried rice.

Tonight was a hit. I ordered the shrimp egg foo young and shrimp fried rice. The rice was loaded with shrimp and was amazing. The wait was a little longer than expected but when the food is good it’s worth the wait.

We were intrigued by the great reviews, so we decided to give this place a try. However, despite requesting dine-in, they didn’t provide plates or even a bowl for our soup. Instead, they used the plate covers as plates, as you can see in the pictures below. It was a major disappointment, and we won’t be recommending or returning. The food barely deserves a 2; honestly, it was subpar compared to many other Chinese restaurants I’ve been to, making it one of the worst experiences. Also, avoid the spring rolls at all costs, they were a complete joke.

I highly recommend this place. It doesn’t look like much but we were passing through town and stopped here based on reviews and man was my Kung Pow Chicken good. Some of the best I’ve ever had next to P. F. Changs. My son got the shrimp in lobster sauce. I was worried because he had never gotten that before anywhere but it was good. The sauce was similar to egg drop soup style. However we both ordered the fried rice and it wasn’t fried, just white rice with some onions in it. Great place, the containers are reusable too, can’t beat that. We will definitely come back next time we’re passing through.

Excellent food establishment to order from. I have an egg allergy and they took extreme caution to let me know what had egg in it. We will definitely order from them again! So worth it. Excellent food!

This is my favorite TAKE OUT Chinese restaurant in all of Indiana. I’ve been coming here since 2018, their lunch combos and dinner combos cannot be beat, and I start salivating at the thought of their egg rolls. The people who run this business have always been so sweet to me, my friends, and my husband ❤️ I’ve never really seen anyone eat inside, but I personally wouldn’t be offended by not having plates. It’s easier cleanup on everyone, and your food is already in take home containers.

Ive been eating here since 2014, best chinese ive had in my life. I refuse to eat anywhere else. There has been times when it wasn’t too good, but we’re human. Anything is going to be hit or miss when you’ve had it enough. The good outweighs the few bad times a million! My food has been fresh more often than not. I’ve been around long enough to see the families kids transition from being around in the restaurant sometimes, to working behind the counter.The atmosphere is always quiet and pleasant. Being in the business of bashing a family owned business based off one or two bad experiences sucks. Was it bad or was it a projection of how you felt that day? I love this establishment and the free gladware to go with my order. I probably eat here once a month, and definitely recommend the chicken & broccoli! This is the best Asian food I’ve had any day of the week.
