Chotpotiwaalaa is a hidden gem in Buffalo. The chotpoti is perfectly balanced — warm chickpeas, spicy masala, tamarind tang, and that crunch you dream about. Their fuchka is the best I’ve had outside of Bangladesh. If you love bold flavors, this is the place to be.

Doi Fuska was alright but I wasn’t expecting a sweet yogurt to it so I got bored with eating it after the 3rd one. The price was $10 which was pretty good for the amount they serve.
There was only 1 person making the food so be prepared to wait a bit if you go in groups of 3 or more people. Pretty small dining space so when it does get crowded and busy, you will probably be standing and eating because there is only 2-3 tables and few chairs.
The interior could use more work but I’m sure they will work on that as they continue their journey here! Good luck!
