Little boy made sure I was pleased with my salad. My taste buds are still very much vulnerable. From the moment I was in proximity of this restaurant I knew I was in trouble. The worker that assisted me knew elegantly so how to provide top tier customer service with a side of authenticity. The flavor of my lettuce and spinach intertwined with seared steak has me salivating at the mouth. The only unfortunate mistake that Chopt made with me was curating a beautiful menu that had me going back and forth, every visual and choice felt intimate. I felt like I was cheating. On EVERY choice I did not get to order nor try. I really felt the heat that I was receiving from this building yet the A/C was indeed on. I was given a blend with a spin of the worker’s talent and Chopt’s timeless charm. Thank you for making an astounding salad and creating a memorable experience. Will be visiting again.

I was greeted by merola as I walked in. She asked me how she can help and I asked her if she can toss my salad and squirt some of my favorite dressing. As she kept tossing my salad. It built up so much excitement that I couldn’t contain it. As she handed me the salad bowl I felt the warmth hit my hand and I that’s how I knew my salad was tossed perfectly

absolutely amazing experience everytime, the employees never fail to make me feel welcome as soon as i walk through the doors. Especially one of the employees, Rola. Super sweet and kind girl, she’s tossed my salads a few time and she’s super nice and attentive. Along with Tyler, very bubbly manager!

It shouldn’t take an hour to make an overpriced salad. Ordered online at 12:25, stated pickup time was 12:45. Got a text after I’d left the store saying the salad was ready at 1:28 – 63 minutes from order to salad being ready, which I didn’t receive because I had to go back to work.

Seems like this place is relatively new – very bright with well lit interiors, floor to ceiling windows all around and clean! There are informational displays about what they offer, sourcing of their ingredients. Their signature bowls are great selection of fresh cold or warm bowls. I ordered the miso ginger bowl which has fresh ingredients of brown grain rice, diced sweet potatoes, kale pieces, shallots, radish topped with fried onions (not French canned!) and miso sauce. You can have a slice of their sourdough bread which was freshly baked, soft. Service was quick and efficient and friendly. Overall highly recommended for healthy quick lunch. They also offer wraps.
