Good evening Google family. I visited today for the first time after tapping Mac then going to CVS to reload my prepaid card all here on Lancaster Avenue in Bryn Mawr. I decided to come here after passing it enroute to CVS. After I completed my CVS transaction, I came here to place my order. I am walking everywhere today after arriving in a Lyft to view a film at the Bryn Mawr Film Institute at 4:15 pm. I opted to create my own salad. I started my order on the self-serve kiosk, but because I paid cash, I had to start all over at the counter. Tarik H. is the manager and he assisted me with my order at the counter. I told Tarik that I could not remember everything that I selected on the self serve kiosk so he took a picture of my order and brought it over to the counter since they could not transfer my order from the kiosk to the customer service counter. My order came to $32.16 and I paid by cash. My craft my own salad consisted of grilled chicken, shrimp, bacon, salmon, carrots, corn, cucumber, hard boiled egg, spinach, cabbage and dressing was balsamic vinaigrette. I ordered the dressing on the side. I also ordered spindrift sparkling water, raspberry lime. Now I know that I do not like the taste of sparkling water. I decided to dine in and Tarik brought my order to the table. He graciously set me up at the table of my choice. I ate my salad and it was delicious, it tasted fresh and it was delectable. When I completed my meal, I used the restroom and it was clean. There are two unisex restrooms available here. I had a good experience here. There are self serve kiosks here, about 4 total to decide on your order or you have an option of ordering at the counter. A nice size place with tables and chairs for parties of 2 people and booths available for parties of 4-6 people. Don’t forget to work out, be active and mobile, fit and Fabulous especially for people over 50 years of age. I also wanted to add that Tarik was very kind to me and he went over and above to assure that I was satisfied. Thank you so much Tarik.

Cold steak salad tasty. Warm Mediterranean bowl satisfying on a cold February day. The food aromas are enticing and the atmosphere bright and i terior finishes bright colors. Hard surfaces for clean presentation, Bob Marley rocking the reggae on the overhead speakers. Counter staff friendly and made recommendations.

This Chopt location is amazing! I’ve never had a bad experience or salad! If you decide to stop by for this healthy and lighter fare, please request or seek out Carmen! She’s amazing and is an absolutely awesome and wonderful woman. Her service is top notch! Shes attentive, concise, detail oriented and just joyful. She made sure we had enough dressing and asked if we would like bread.
Carmen, you deserve a promotion! We need more people focused and experienced driven individuals in hospitality! Especially in a day and age where apps and order screens remove that experience.

They recommended to me the chicken miso bowl and ever since I’ve been hooked to it.
I’m not usually a grilled chicken person but the quality here is so good that it’s become a favorite of mine.
They also have plenty of options for those with dietary restrictions.
From the flavor and quality of the food, to the kindness and hospitality the staff provides, I would 100% recommend this place to those who haven’t checked it out

We had a salad that was slimy lettuce —- it said “no chicken” and was loaded with chicken. It was all the worst pieces of lettuce — the stump of the head mixed in. The wraps we had consisted of more slimy lettuce, mushy tortilla and some sauce and a little cheese. Nothing else!! Never saw so much terrible lettuce with hardly anything else. I cannot believe anyone would pass this off as food someone is paying for. We never complain but this was unbelievably bad. And this is in an area where people spend a lot of money on food. We threw it all away.
